Eric Highley at Joe Machens Nissan

I have given the following ratings because Jonathan Barfield was a wonderful salesman who we enjoyed having. He was very friendly and made our experience of buying our first vehicle pretty fun for the most part. He offered us water and ice cream and I felt like he really tried to get to know us. I would definitely recommend Jonathan to everyone I know.

Eric was the guy the did the financing work with us and I did not enjoy that part, as most people don't, but that's a big part and should go slowly. I really felt like he rushed through a lot of stuff and I felt as if he was rushing us. I would not recommend him to anyone.

I bought a 2010 Nissan Sentra from Eric Highley and overall it was a good expierence. I orignally requested information for this car through Kelly Blue Book and heard back from Eric right away! He wanted to make sure I got this car and called me right away to set up an sppointment to look at it. This is the first car that I have bought and first car in my name. Eric and the rest of the team took quite a bit of the stress off and made this process for me easier than I expected. On top of that He gave me a great price on the car and made sure that everything was to my liking!!

Very friendly, low-pressure sales (the product did the selling) We are looking forward to taking a trip in our new Altima. We looked at several other cars, but the Altima won me over.

Scott Jennings and Eric Highley provided excellent customer service. They demonstrated friendliness and excellent knowledge of the vehicles. The tour of the service department was outstanding and my past experience with the good quality of work performed here will continue. My overall experience has been fantastic and I would highly recommend Scott and Eric to those who are considering a Nissan vehicle. The price must have been good because we bought two!

I highly recommend Eric Highley. We like and trust him very much. Joe Machens has been very professional and treated us like family and made us feel comfortable. We have bought both new and used vehicles this year and both times were a good exprience.

I bought my 2010 Titan from these guys last year. Love my truck and got a fantastic deal on it. Since, I've been bringing my truck and my 2008 Nissan Xterra to them for maintenance. I've never had maintenance done at a dealership before (never trusted them to be honest), but I feel like I can trust these guys and would rather have them work on my cars than anyone else in town. Great job guys. I'm a Machens customer for life at this point.
