Eric Hill at Larry Hill Ford

Eric and Patrick from the moment we met them made us feel welcome. They were interested in us a people and weren't just trying to make a sale. Since our son worked until 4:30 we arrived late and we didn't finish until 10:00pm. It was our son's first vehicle purchase. We knew it would take time and they never acted like we were keeping them from something more important even though we knew they could leave when they finished with us. I've been pretty skeptical of car salesmen from past experiences. Eric and Patrick work great as a team and made our experience very satisfying. All the staff were very cordial and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised at how enjoyable the experience was thanks to Eric and Patrick.

I visited Larry Hill Import due to a post Eric had made on Facebook about a vehicle he had for sale. I bought a completely different vehicle but Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable with the vehicles. I wasn't that impressed with the original vehicle I came to see but Eric and I continued to look and found a truck that I loved and bought. I was very impressed with the customer service and quickness that I was out of there. I definitely recommend Larry Hill Imports and deal with Eric Hill.

I really enjoyed Eric's no pressure attitude. He did not attack me on the lot like is so common at other dealerships. It was a very laid back approach that he took and I appreciate that type of salesman.

Rob is a very good sales manager. Other sales managers I have dealt with really turn me off. They are normally very high pressure unsavory type people. Rob seemed like an average guy and took the time to speak to me like a person.

My buying experience was excellent from the moment I stepped onto the property until the moment I left. This was my first ever Ford purchase and so far it has been very positive.

This is my second new vehicle from LHF. I like the customer service they have to offer and when purchasing, the professional sales people are super nice and know the product. I am a tough buyer and like things just so. So far my dealings with LHF have all been positive. Eric was a very good person to work with.

Eric Hill was extremely helpful to me when purchasing a new truck. He was great explaining all the details about the truck and my trade in. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. They had a great selection to look at and drive. I will go back to Eric when I am ready to buy again.

I came into Larry Hill to look for a new truck from Chattanooga because of the great things that I have heard about the dealership in the past and ended up buying a New 2012 F150. Eric was great to work with, was very helpful and listened to my needs. He made me feel very comfortable through the entire process of selecting and purchasing the truck that is right for me.

The day after buying my new truck I got a nail in the side wall of my tire from the road on one of my construction sites. I came to the service department expecting to have to buy a new tire but to my surprise and delight Service Consultant Shelia Shannon and Eric arranged for me to get the tire replaced for free.

The service department took a tire off another new truck and put it on my truck on a Saturday so that I would not have to wait until monday for a new tire to be delivered. They were concerned with fixing my issue and not with the additional work this caused for them. I could not ask for better service.

Larry Hill Ford, Shelia Shannon and Eric Hill far exceeded my expectations. I will be back for my next purchase and will recommend them to friends and family looking for vehicles in the future.

This is my second buying experience with Larry Hill Ford within the last two months--so they must be doing something right!
I brought the 2011 Ford Taurus I recently bought in for a minor service issue (I was very pleased with the service I received and the problem was corrected in a timely and efficient manner). On my way out, a 2013 Ford Taurus in Ginger Ale caught my eye.
Eric Hill was very courteous and attentive to my questions and concerns about trading vehicles again so soon. He answered all the questions I had about all the new technology on the Taurus. He worked with me to get the payments where I needed them to be.
Mike Fulkerson gave me a great deal on my trade-in (on this purchase as well as on my last purchase) and has always been very attentive and courteous on my visits to the dealership.
Mike Bartlett was very efficient during the "paperwork portion" of the deal and answered all my questions about what each form I was signing meant. He also gave me some good advice about making extra payments on my loan.
I left with a brand new car, in the color I love, and feel that I got a great deal. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and goes out of their way to make the customer feel important and valued. I will definitely be back when I get ready for my next car and I will be recommending Larry Hill Ford to anyone I know that is in the market for a vehicle.

I purchased a certified pre owned car with warranty from Larry Hill Ford. The car ended up being a lemon. Mr. Hill was nice enough to let me return the car and get my money back. Thank you Mr. Hill!

All of the folks at Larry Hill Ford were very friendly, knowledgeable about your cars, very helpful in getting us approved for the car. Rob Folks the finance manager as far as I am concerned went way above my expectations to get us the best rate possible, and worked hard to get the service contract included without going above our budget. Erick Hill done an outstanding job working with us to get the car, it was a great experiance for my wife and I. If in the future we purchase another car or even a truck we will be going to Larry Hill Ford to do it.
