I have always received excellent service from DARCARS Lexus of Englewood. I have been a customer there for many years. This is just a recent example. When I came in today to make an appointment with a loaner car for next week, I wanted a specific day and time, which is difficult because of the high demand. When it looked like it just couldn't happen, most receptionists would simply apologize that they are unable to accommodate my request. However, Alexandrea in reception got right on the phone and did her magic. She really went out of her way to help me out and got me exactly what I wanted. That's great customer support! More

Dissatisfied I’m running about the service department in Englewood New Jersey, All I can say it is unacceptable! I made an appointment to service my car about 5 we I’m running about the service department in Englewood New Jersey, All I can say it is unacceptable! I made an appointment to service my car about 5 weeks ago so when I spoke to the receptionist I told her I would need a loaner because it’s going to get oil change and also I wanted to detail the truck. So when I arrived today they did not have a loaner they said due to the hurricane and so many people did not have power, my reply to Peter the Person that was assigned to me that that was a poor excuse you could’ve picked up the phone this morning and called me and rescheduled my appointment instead of instead of me getting there and having no car. I’m getting my car oil change and detail that’s about 5 hours what am I gonna do if you don’t have a car for me I live in hour and a half away. I replied to Peter once he said he was sorry for the inconvenience but it’s the hurricane and I told him that is a poor excuse you’re here to exceed the clients expectations! he did speak to his manager but there was no outcome that was positive basically it was me waiting or rescheduling. So I decided to go take a long walk I came back the car still wasn’t done and then when it was done it was a horrendous job it wasn’t even worth the amount of time I waited and today was a very hot day. So my plans that I had set for today were demolished. Very dissatisfying I will never return there again and I will never buy a car from them and I’ve been buying Lexus for over 25 years!!! Peter mentioned to me for my inconvenience they were going to take $100 off for the detailing they should’ve just gave it to me free considering the detailing was horrible inside and outside! again I want to be clear With what I’m writing Peter did the best he could with this situation that he was handed!!! More

Second Time is the Best Time!
