Eric Markus at Walker Ford

From the moment I came into the Walker Ford dealership, I felt totally comfortable. I never expected a car buying experience to be this easy and fun!

Eric Markus was wonderful to work with - he was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and worked with me to get the exact car I wanted. He made the process as smooth as possible. His friendliness & sense of humor also helped to make it a great experience.

I worked with Mickey on the financing and he kept me smiling the whole time! He knew exactly what he was talking about but I didn't feel like he was talking down to me. He spoke in terms I could understand and his easygoing manner made him a joy to work with.

I dealt with Denise Newman regarding the accessories I was purchasing for my car. She gave me a lot of great information and helped me decide what was right for me.

Overall, I was extremely pleased with the Walker Ford dealerhsip. They welcomed me into their family and I couldn't be happier.

My saga began several weeks ago. I had done alot of research and visited many different dealerships and manufacturers. We paid a visit to Walker Ford and was met by Eric Markus. Eric was very personable and professional. He took the time to explain all the features, benifits, pro's and con's of purchasing a new car. We did not feel pressured in any way and felt very comfortable with the overall atmosphere of the dealership. Eric was very patient as we made several trips back to the dealership before purchasing our new Fusion and each time he was just as enthusiastic as the first. We are extremely well pleased with the overall experience and professionalism of both Eric and Mickey the finance guy. We will certainly return to Walker Ford for our next purchase and will definately refer all our freinds and family. It is easy to see why "Walker IS Ford!".

Everyone was very welcoming and considerate of what I was looking for. This was my first time purchasing a car on my own and it was a great experience. I definitely would recommend to others and return for future vehicle purchases.

Eric gave exceptional customer service. Throughout the whole process only one problem came up but Eric took care of it promptly and all was resolved. I was very happy with the car I got and the service that came with it.

Good experience-Explorer was found with options I wanted. Part of me wishes I shopped around for higher trade-in value on my Mustang, though Eric did get me $250. more.

This was the best car buying experience I have had. They put all the stress of buying a car at ease for me they took there time in explaining how everything on my car worked. I would recommend walker ford to all my family and friends!

Erik Marcus was very friendly and courteous on our first visit to Walker Ford. We were there to just look over some of the prospective cars for our needs. He did not push us into hasty dealmaking. We came back the second time several days later and he helped us to select a car suitable for our needs. Erik was very patient with our numerous questions and did not rush us into making a final decision. After we selected the 2013 Ford Escape SE vehicle, Erik patiently demonstrated all the operational functions needed to operate the vehicle properly and safely. We appreciated Erik's low key salesmanship, knowledge, patience and straight talk.

You had the car we wanted and at the right price to put it in the driveway, the staff was friendly and professional and that added a layer of comfort to the sale.
