The quality of work that is done there is the best that I have experienced. The service is prompt, the appointments are easy and quick to make. the prices are high, but tolerable. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. It's as joy to relax there while waiting for the car which is usually ready at the time it's promised. My service advisor is Eric Weingart. He's the best. Eric in service is the reason I have loyalty to Morries 394 Hyundai. Always immediately greeted, issues addressed and handled, and car is always ready when promised. He responds to every call or email promptly and always keeps you informed. Don't hold it against him that he's a Twins Fan. He'll get on the Yankee's bandwagon eventually... On a scale of 1-100, 100 being best, Morrie's web site is a 110! Most are probably a 15. Wow, it is that good! From there, I went to Morrie's employees, from the receptionist to the GM. Dean and Steve in sales are always welcoming and go above and beyond helpful every visit...they know their customers by name. Eric in service invites me in with his winsome and customer focused attitude and James delivers me to work on time and in style each ride and with great conversation during the ride. My car gets great care and always looks and rides better when done. I don't know the names of those that wash my car, but if I did I would mention them by name, as well.
