Eric Weingart at Morrie's 394 Hyundai

Very quick turnaround for my oil change appointment. It took approximately 30 minutes for my appointment. My only disappointment was the car wash was broken which I know is not the service advisers fault.

This is the 4th new car I have acquired from Morries 394 Hyundai. I have purchased many cars in my day from many different dealerships. Jesse Bishop runs a great organization from top to bottom. Jesse, Jeff and Eric go out of their way to make sure your buying experience and MORE IMPORTANTLY your after-buying experience is highly satisfactory. They are honest, hard working and fine quality people to do business with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership with integrity and quality built into everything they do. Consistently helpful. They have taken the time to get to know me. Their explanations re always very clear & informative. I have been inpressed that some of the repairs we have needed were not the most expensive.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Service is fast, employees are friendly, and the waiting room is clean and they have free snacks and coffee while you wait.

I'll definitely return to this dealership the next time my car(s) are due for an oil change.

I would recommend this dealership to others because the employees are exceptional, friendly, and informative in their dealing with customers. The quality of work that is done there is the best that I have experienced. The service is prompt, the appointments are easy and quick to make. the prices are high, but tolerable. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. It's as joy to relax there while waiting for the car which is usually ready at the time it's promised.

My service advisor is Eric Weingart. He's the best.

Eric Weingart in always professional and knowledgeable of the service that I will be needing. He explains what will be done, the cost of doing it and how long it will take. He always greets me with a smile and remembers small things about me and my family. He makes me feel like family. Morrie's whole service experience is excellent but Eric is the main man. Don't lose him!

Eric is a consumate professional. He greets customers by name as they arrive and never lets up on attention to detail. I know when I drive in to the service garage at Morries 394 Hyundai, I will be treated fairly and honestly, every time. Eric's pleasant demeanor takes some of the pain out of having my car serviced/repaired and is a big part of what makes this dealership the best I have worked with in my 30 plus years of car buying experience.

Everybody know salesmen sell a car, it's the service department that keeps them. Eric in service is the reason I have loyalty to Morries 394 Hyundai. Always immediately greeted, issues addressed and handled, and car is always ready when promised. He responds to every call or email promptly and always keeps you informed. Don't hold it against him that he's a Twins Fan. He'll get on the Yankee's bandwagon eventually...

In my initial search, I use the web. On a scale of 1-100, 100 being best, Morrie's web site is a 110! Most are probably a 15. Wow, it is that good! From there, I went to Morrie's employees, from the receptionist to the GM. Each was knowledgable, courteous, et cetera. You can't do better.

GM Jesse leads by example and brings out the best from his staff. Dean and Steve in sales are always welcoming and go above and beyond helpful every visit...they know their customers by name. Eric in service invites me in with his winsome and customer focused attitude and James delivers me to work on time and in style each ride and with great conversation during the ride. My car gets great care and always looks and rides better when done. I don't know the names of those that wash my car, but if I did I would mention them by name, as well. All those that I encounter at this store are very customer focused and all greet me with with a service oriented attitude.
Just a great store with great people working there.
