My Review of Airport Honda:
We shopped the other local Honda dealership and they would not work with us at all. They told us that due to a part shortage that they would stand firm on their price of a new Accord. We walked out and drove a few miles to Airport Honda. A total different experience, warm friendly greetings form Erik Foster and Chuck Perciful. I simply showed them the deal sheet from the other store and asked to beat it and we would drive a new Honda away from there. Well a couple of hours later we were rolling away in a fully loaded Accord EX-L for less than a stripped down base with leather from the other store.Chuck has called several times since our purchase just to check in and ask if we needed anything. We will always make Airport our first stop for the next new or used vehicle we purchase and they will do all the service on our Accord. And last but not least, our service experience for our oil change was quick and easy. Airport Honda sets the standard on customer service from start to finish.

My Review of Airport Honda:
I originally went in to Airport Honda looking to trade my Toyota Corolla for a Honda Fit. I test drove the Fit as well as a Civic. I really liked the Fit, but the Civic worked better for my budget.

Tom was my salesman, and he went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was satisfied with my buying experience. Erick and Drew ensured that I was paying the right price and were able to get me a special rate through Honda Financial, which I assumed was nearly impossible because of my credit history.

After I drove the car home, the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) light came on. I immediately called Tom, and he told me to bring the car back to them the next day. I took the car in, but had to be back at work, so Tom gave me a ride back to my office. When they were done with my car, he personally drove my car back to my office for me, so I wouldn't have to leave work. He also said that they would put new tires on my car, as the ones that were on there had developed flat spots.

I have never been treated so fairly by a dealership as I have by Airport Honda and Tom Strother. I would recommend them hands down to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle!

My Review of Airport Honda:
I began my search for a new car at another area Honda dealership but got the usual car business game. They wanted to add a bunch of things on to the car and try to go back and forth on price 50 times. I ended up purchasing from Airport Honda because of the great staff. Mark and David really were so easy to work with. It was low pressure and I was totally comfortable dealing with them. They just wanted to get me in the car I was looking for and come up with a deal that was fair to both parties. It seemed like they really appreciated my business. I'll definitely be shopping with them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Honda. Erick and Drew were also great. Thanks guys.

My Review of Airport Honda:
Airport Honda was the first dealership we visited on our search for a new car. If I had known what I know now, we would not have wasted our time visiting other dealerships. Not only did Airport Honda give us the best deal, their customer service far surpassed all the others. They truly did everything they could to earn our business.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Erick Foster, Greg McGuire

My Review of Airport Honda:
Greg (salesman) was very knowledgable about the features of the Honda vehicles and also of competitor's vehicles. He was friendly and patient as I test drove several different Honda makes and models. Both Greg and Erick (sales manager)were personable, friendly, and made us feel like the only customers in the dealership, even though the place was full of customers. We never felt rushed or pressured. Billie Jo explained the finance portion clearly and made it smooth and painless. Overall, the best car buying experience I have had.

My Review of Airport Honda:
My husband and I were looking for a sort of sporty, relatively inexpensive car to take us through a few more years. We didn't want to finance, which we thought might be a turn off for some dealerships.

We found a car that fit the bill at Airport Honda (AH), and we emailed the internet sales contact, Geof Ryback. We exchanged emails, determining that we thought the price we wanted to pay would work out! We visited the dealership, where we met Kevin Coffman, and with a quick form to fill out we took the car to our mechanic, which AH had no problem with. Being an older car (2000) we expected some work, and found some normal stuff for the age of the car. I talked to Kevin about it, and we found that their service shop could do the repairs cheaper than my estimates. Though this could have just been a "let's sell the car" tactic--we came back with the car and Chuck, the service manager came out, introduced himself, and took us back into the shop to look under the car (they pulled it in while we were there) and help us understand some of the repairs. Turns out there weren't as many problems as we thought--which was great. They could have sold us a lot of unnecessary repairs (because we already thought they were needed), but they didn't. I was impressed by the shop and their openness.
The price of the car ended up being just right, Kevin and the sales manager Erick worked with us to help us stay in our budget, and paying cash was no problem. The sales consultant (Paul McKeever) we dealt with was clear on everything on our paperwork when we paid for the car. This was the easiest car sale I've ever been a part of, and I won't lie, we'd been dreading the process. Turns out there was no need to worry.

It took a little while for the repairs, as parts were needed (it's not a Honda, so they didn't have them in stock) but Matt, the service rep we worked with tried to bend over backwards for us, even offering to drive to US to bring us a loaner car while our car was being worked on (we live about 20 minutes away.) We didn't need it, but it was nice that they were willing to help us out in just about any way.

After this whole experience, I feel pretty confident that AH stands by their work, and if you buy or have a car serviced there, you can be honest with them in what you want, and they'll work hard to get what you need--which isn't always the case at other places I've been to. Kevin also followed up a few times to make sure everything was going ok, and that we enjoyed the car. Just another personal detail that we appreciated.
