My Review of Jim Hudson Toyota:
When I was there last, I had new wipers installed, due to hard-rubber-chatter from the original ones. The new wipers had the same annoying chatter due to the rubber not being soft enough. This time, when I was having the 45K mile service, I asked to have them replaced again, and it was done with no charge.
Today's service was somewhat extensive, due to tire rotation, cabin air filter change, etc., on top of the oil/filter/fluids change. But the work was finished nearly 30 minutes before the estimated time.
I especially like the fact that this dealership runs each car (if requested) through the automatic car wash when it's finished in the service area. It was especially needed today.
A modern, comfortable store, with all the comforts one could expect, and more. Very courteous people, and conscientious about their work.
I drive 60 miles, much farther than I need to, to get my car serviced, just so I can come to Jim Hudson Toyota in Irmo, SC.
