Bad customer seevice Was lied to in order to make me buy a new car Gave up my old lease and ended up getting billed for money they said I wouldn’t owe. Now my calls ge Was lied to in order to make me buy a new car Gave up my old lease and ended up getting billed for money they said I wouldn’t owe. Now my calls get ignored. Lost a good customer over a few dollars. Mgmt is no help and just sends messages through the salesman for me to work out the issue with lexus. I’ll pay the $215 and my service n future sales will be elsewhere. Your loss Lexus of Brooklyn More

Cindy Rivera in sales is a MUST !!!!! Not only is this salesperson Cindy Rivera attractive , she is amazingly knowledgeable in regards to Lexus vehicles and all Lexus features as well. She Not only is this salesperson Cindy Rivera attractive , she is amazingly knowledgeable in regards to Lexus vehicles and all Lexus features as well. She is not pushy by any means to pressure you to make rush deal , and she gives a cut to the chase fair deal as well. This is by far , the most amazing experience purchasing any vehicle in my history or car purchases, and there have been quite a few over my 25 years of driving. I was welcomed very nicely by the complimentary valet service and service department upon arrival . I was also given a delicious espresso while I waited for my purchase to be completed . I highly recommend this dealership and most of all , the salesperson Cindy Rivera ! More

Amazing I went to Lexus of Brooklyn on 7/23 to get my brand new Lexus ES 350 F SPORT, and the entire experience was truly amazing from start to finish. Abe Sh I went to Lexus of Brooklyn on 7/23 to get my brand new Lexus ES 350 F SPORT, and the entire experience was truly amazing from start to finish. Abe Shrief assisted me with all of the insurance paperwork that needed to be completed, and he also took care of transferring my existing Sirius XM account to my new ES. The Sales Manager, Angelo Tranquellino, Finance Manager, Diane Lasky, General Manager, Eugene Woods, and Technology Specialist, Dante, all assisted with my car, and I was completely satisfied with their efforts! I would highly recommend everyone that was listed above, as well as the entire dealership Lexus of Brooklyn! More
