I've known Bryan Addie for several years and when I called him to inquire about a vehicle, he did everything he could to "make it happen". He got us a great interest rate and a great price on the car we purchased. All the paperwork was done. Christian and Evert walked us through everything - Christian was very enthusiastic. He was great! We talked with Tanya last, right before we left and she was really friendly! Thank you to all the folks at Van Horn for getting us into a brand new car! We love it!

After almost a year a year of research and a lot of time searching the internet I found the exact 2012 Dodge Challenger SRT8 I was looking for at Van horn Dodge. I spoke with and met many Dodge dealerships throughout the country and found Van Horn Dodges’ commitment to excellence far above the rest. The staff at Van Horn was not only trustworthy, but truly committed to ensuring I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. Van Horn eliminated not only the stress and hassle of buying a new car, but saved me time and money with an unbeatable price. The price of a car is was the most surprising element of my buying experience with Van Horn because they clearly displayed a specific price and posted a very through walk-around on YouTube. When a sound system deficiency that was left by the previous owner was identified, Van Horn took immediate action to guaranty my satisfaction from over 2000 miles away. To my point, I had hundreds car buying options at my fingertips, but Van Horn’s commitment to excellence was truly the highest standard I have experienced in any purchase I have made in recent memory. We had a situation with our vehicle that we were frustrated with the past year. We went to Van Horn to see if could trade our vehicle in on a used car. That plan didn't work out, but they worked with us to trade in our vehicle and were able to have a 2013 vehicle. The people took the time to listen and explore all avenues to make a deal happen.

Mark Sloan was very helpful on line and over the phone in initial contacts about a used truck - this continued during my trip to the dealership and subsequent purchase and dealing with several vehicle issues that needed to be addressed. Evert Droppers was efficient at the financing process and obtained the financing I wanted at the rate I wanted. Katina Murphys rounded out the experience by providing customer representative service at a level I have come to expect to be provided where I work - it is good to see others holding to high standards as well. Issues I wanted addressed at time of purchase have been taken care of - I believe the staff at Van Horn did a good job - I view car buying as being only a little more pleasant than going to the dentist, but they made it a good experience. The only left now is for time to verify my initial impressions

I needed a reliable vehicle and really wanted a Jeep. Christian was very good and worked really hard to get me into a vehicle. I had some issues that were preventing me from acquiring a newer vehcile and both Christian and Evert worked very hard to get me into a Jeep. I am so happy with the new Jeep and will return when I need a newer vehicle.

Another wonderful experience at this car dealership, Purchased a car a few years ago, one visit - -took car home the same day. It happened again today! I will continue to do business here. We plan an making another visit in summer when my daughter will be looking for a used car to take to school with her.

We have had excellent service at Van Horn. Our family has bought 3 vehicles from them in the last 3 years, and will continue to go there first for our purchases. Our most recent experience was with Josh. He was very personable and knowledgable on Van Horn's inventory. He helped us find the right vehicle for us, not just the best sale for him.

I CAME INTO THE VANHORN DEALERSHIP ON THURSDAY MORNING TO GET THE OIL CHANGED ON MY 2010 DODGE AVENGER R/T WHICH WAS BOUGHT NEW AT VANHORN,SPOTTED THIS GREAT LOOKING 2012 DODGE AVENGER R/T ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR , WE WERE NOT EVEN LOOKING TO TRADE THE 2010 AVENGER R/T ,BUT PAUL MILLER AND THE REST OF THE SALES MANAGEMENT TEAM GOT IT DONE TO OUR LIKING,THEY REALLY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GIVE A FANTASTIC DEAL AND TO KEEP A FAITHFUL CUSTOMER COMING BACK.THE WHOLE DEALERSHIP IS TOP NOTCH.

We went van shopping, saw all the inventory at Van Horn Chrysler in Plymouth and stopped in to take a look. We were greeted by Paul Miller who did an exceptional job finding our new "used" van. He was very informative, polite and professional. Highly recommend him, then on to Evert Droppers who got us into the van with the right financing. He too was very professional and informative. We then had a follow-up with Tina Murphy before driving off with our van, she put a very rosy touch on top of a very delightful buying experience! Everyone there were great to work with. Absolutely no pressure of any kind! Will return when we need another vehicle for sure!
