My Review Of Elmhurst Toyota:

We had visited another Toyota dealership in the area and a Nissan dealership. There is no comparison between those dealers and Elmhurst. We knew we would come back to this one because it was a pleasant experience upon entering. We were greeted by a nice lady and not bombarded with sales people. We spoke a nice sales person by the name of Steven Salidas who helped us and treated us respectfully. I can truly say that everyone that worked here was over the top. The porters,service tech, finance director, you name it and they were friendly and answered any questions that we may have had.
Steven Salidas was our sales associate and could not have been more helpful, respectful and personable with our transaction.
I am not an actor and was not paid to write this review, just a happy customer and wanted others to share our experience. Five stars to Steven !

My Review Of Elmhurst Toyota:

For some reason the computer lost its memory for unlocking the doors when placing the shift gear in park. I talked to Mr. Faustino Huerta and he told me to bring in the car for a computer fix. Within 15 minutes the car was ready and the locks works perfectly. I never purchased a car from this dealership before, but I did buy parts. I talked to the sales Manager Tony Gmitrover and the service manager how great my experience has been with this dealership and when the time come for another car, I plan to go to Elmhurst Toyota even though there are three other dealers that are closer to where I live. Thanks to Mr. Huerta for his help.

My Review Of Elmhurst Toyota:

Better late than never. I suffered a blown tire about 6 weeks ago. I brought the useless tire in to Toyota of Elmhurst service department & showed them the tire & asked if they would be able to replace it during my stop. I agreed to wait & almost 1 hour later a service agent came to tell me that I had a blown tire & would I like it fixed. Somewhat stunned as I mentioned to agent that the reason I came in was because of ruined tire & he wasn't telling me after 1 hour anything new. So I waited about another 30-45 minutes & then went back to service area & saw an old familiar face & smile--Faustino!! Not finding my service agent I waited for Faustino to finish with a customer & then related my experience. Faustino liteally sprung into action, located my service agent, rectified problem, had car washed & ready in 10 minutes. We have been customers of Elmhurst Toyota for 23 years & have enjoyed 99.9% satisfaction during that period. Faustino turned a very rare growing unpleasant experience into a customer leaving satisfied & with a smile. Faustino is keenly aware of his customer service responsibilities. He is an exemplary employee.

Vladimir does whatever it takes for complete customer satisfaction. Tomas is very knowledgable and helpful. Needs to work on his followup skills after the first visit. Very professional young kid. Needs some coaching

My Review Of Elmhurst Toyota:

After going in for a simple oil change, I learned I needed major repairs for my "new to me" used car. Fortunately, I had purchased an extended warranty so much of the costly repairs were covered, but that was only after putting Faustino through the ringer with so many "quid pro quos." Faustino was awesome in his follow up and patience ensuring that each step of the way, I was aware of progress and that I was satisfied with his service. Although I had limited interaction with other ET staff, I observed they were all very friendly and customer service focused. As an aside, I chose to have my service performed at Elmhurst Toyota after reading some reviews. I was definitely pleased with my experience and will make this my "home" shop.

My Review Of Elmhurst Toyota:

We have been customers of Elmhurst Toyota for over 20 years. Our 1987 Toyota Corolla has passed just shy of 200000 miles. We now have 2 RAV4s-2007 & 2009. Dan Briggs was our entry writer when we first began our relationship with your dealership. Dan's staff seem to be his clones. Sincere thanks to Casey,Faustino, Joe,Terry, Tommy, & Pawel for all they've done & continue to do. There is no "favorite go-to guy" in the service department as they're all winners. Trustworthy, courteous, kind, patient,friendly, & thrifty--great gentlemen all.
Kudos also to salesperson Mike Stefanik-- a pleasure to work with him.

My Review Of Elmhurst Toyota:

Faustino does a great job in providing service! He provides excellent customer service and takes the time to patiently review any potential problems. I would definitely recommend this dealer because I know my car is in good hands. I am always reminded of services that need to be followed, however, I am not hassled with services that are not necessary. They also provide a tranquil environment while waiting for your car. Prior to this dealership, I was visiting another dealership who had poorer service, so I must say it's breath-taking to finally come a across a dealership where they put customer satisfaction first.

Dealer service was helpful and friendly, good estimate of time and car was ready when they said it would be. I thought the price was a little high for a 60,000 mile check up but I feel safer when the dealer performs any required service on my car. I'll go back when any additional service is required.
