My Review Of Sussex Honda:

my car search started a month before i got a beautiful accord with low miles... prior to me going to sussex honda, i went to cars.com and saved every car that i liked that was in my price point and that had what i wanted (total was 58). i tried to buy private party and struck out three times there. i went to used car dealers on the side of the road and was hassled and pressured into buying a used car that had obvious problems (these were not high miles cars, just neglected). after several attempts at these so called wholesale dealerships (shady dealerships), i decided to do what i always did and that was go to car dealership that sold both new and used. even then, i was hassled and felt pressured into buying a car that had obvious defects such as broken windshield, warped rotors, bald tires, no SD card in navi, and list goes on. I just about gave up on finding a decent used car and then i instant messaged sussex honda after 30 long days of pain. When i went there i first saw the car and it had everything intact it was in tip top shape. got the car for a great price, was very satisfied with the service and was in and out. my kids got balloons and the wife was happy. i would like to thanks felik and joe for both being respectable human beings and i would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants a quality product and no aggravation. THANK YOU SUSSEX HONDA!!!

My Review Of Sussex Honda:

Just made my third purchase from Sussex Honda and am very satisfied. Looking for a test drive in a 2013 accord sport, Feliks wasted no time getting me right in a car. When my wife and I indicated we wanted to go to lunch to reflect on our test drives (including other dealerships), he didn't pressure me at all, but was sure to follow up within an hour with a fair price quote. They didn't have the color that I wanted (black), but with a little negotiation we got the car price to almost exactly what I was looking for and they located the exact car I was looking for in time for me to get the 1.9% financing. Throughout every step of the process, Feliks was a perfect professional. No surprises. Excellent responsiveness. Fair treatment. No reason to give anything other than 5s. Thanks, Feliks! It was a pleasure doing business with you!

My Review Of Sussex Honda:

After making an Internet inquiry, Felix contacted me in less than 10 minutes to introduce himself and schedule an appointment for a test drive the following day. I was already familiar with the features and the cost of the CRV. My past experiences with other dealers left me skeptical, and I expected a hassle. I couldn't have been more pleased with the overall experience! Felix was very attentive without being "pushy" and assured me that Sussex Honda valued customer service and satisfaction above all else. He was right. I have a dealership " home" and love my new car. I highly recommend Sussex Honda, and working with Felix was a pleasure!!

My Review Of Sussex Honda:

I sent a request over the internet to learn more about rebates and incentives, I rec'd a call back within 15 minutes from Felikes Samiter .
He was the one that had to break the news that there were none. I then told him that I was going to buy a Toyota Camary because that's all I have every purchased in the last 10 year which consisted on 2 Camary's , 2 Corolla's and 1 Yaris . All my kids drive toyota's which I have purchased for them. That triggered something in Felikes to become passionate and make sure I look at the 2013 Honda Accord. He was so convincing that I rushed over to see the car and showed up 2 hours early on the day I was going to buy the Toyota Camary. When arriving at the dealership I was introduced to Joe Vizzi the Internet manager. He offer my a coffee and I told him I only drink decaff. He was back with the Decaff coffee for me and he went to work showing me every new feature and benefit of the new offering. I have never had a better demo on a vehicle in a show room . Here is the major reason I bought the car from Joe... I told him I thought the Camera had more leg room and made some excuses to not go forward and purchase today. He was a gentlemen and told me he would hope to see me back at the dealership real soon. At this point I went back to the Toyota shop to to compare what I just experience at the Honda store. I lost my appetite for the Camary. The interior look cheap compared to the Honda. I then rushed back to see my new friend Joe V at Honda and told I want the 2013 Accord. It was one of my best experiences buying a car in 30 years.
I have a motto in my business and personal life... Good ,Better, Best, never let it rest until the good gets better and the better gets best....
These folks at Sussex Honda get it. I felt like an honor guest in there facility and it was genuine.
If that doesn't explain why I can give you another 10 reasons why these guys did the right thing by me... Call me 845-987-0163 Yes out of state and worth the trip...and then some... Kudos Sussex Honda

My Review Of Sussex Honda:

Felicks and Jackson were great! After being turned down by my credit union they were able to obtain financing and get me into a new Honda in less than 24 hours. This purchase was my fourth Honda, and my second purchase from Sussex Honda! I'll definitely refer them and return myself in a few years.

My Review Of Sussex Honda:

My husband and I went into the Sussex Honda dealership, hoping to have a good experience with the sales person (Feliks Samiter, Internet Sales Consultant) that I had made an appointment with. We had a very poor experience a couple days earlier at a Toyota dealership, so, needless to say, we were a little apprehensive. I must tell you, we were pleasantly surprised. Working with Feliks Samiter, was exactly what we were hoping for and received. Thank you, Feliks. I put 5's (Great) for all of the experiences, because that was what they were.
Our new Honda CRV, was prepped for us while we waited on the paperwork. Great job done there.

My Review Of Sussex Honda:

my first phone call to sussex honda was answered by feliks samiter. he made me feel so confident that i would be getting the best deal he was the only dealer i spoke to, although i was getting calls from other dealerships. i was buying my car from him. when i went to the dealership, feliks wasn't able to help me because he was swamped. joe vizzi stepped in. i have never in all my driving life, i'm 65 yrs, had a salesman as wonderful as joe. he went over everything with me. he took me around the dealership and introduced me to the people in service and a tour of the facility. he made me a terrific deal and wouldn't let me leave without taking me to my honda fit explaining everything in my car. there was no pressure and it felt like i've know him for years. then he intoduced me to a.j. for the extended warranty. again, i was put at ease and everything was explained to me, encouraging questions i might have. i did take the platinum warranty. joe called me today to ask if i had a problem driving home. no salesman has ever done that for me. you have found 3 men who are so professional, but so personable. i will recommend sussex honda to anyone looking for a car. what a wonderful experience. oh, and he kept offering me coffee, which was appreciated!
