Amazing. A++++ My name is Michael, and my sales person was Florence Cai. Buying a car from her was a great experience. I called her about a car I seen online on her My name is Michael, and my sales person was Florence Cai. Buying a car from her was a great experience. I called her about a car I seen online on her day off and instead of calling me back the following day when she goes to her office ,she called immediately back from her home. Now that is what you call great customer service. Then I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Florence took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. She even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. Gave me complete peace of mind, which we all know, is close to priceless. More

Ended up picking us a new Metris at a great price Florence was amazing, took her times showing us all the features of the vehicle we were considering. Ended up picking us a new Metris at a great price, we were so happy with our purchase and her honesty we knew where to go a few weeks later when we were considering picking up another vehicle. Once again Florence had us sold. Bob @ finance Dept was also great and took his time going over the numbers. :) More
