Fonz Abassi at Precision Toyota of Tucson

We went to Precision Toyota because they are associated with the internet-based car buying service of our insurance company. Looking at dealer reviews, it was clear that Pretoy is preferred over Desert Toyota in the Tucson market among informed buyers. Buying a car is never fun and always stressful. We worked with Fonz Abassi and enjoyed his candor and wit. We got a good price for our trade-in and Fonzie got us through the process quickly. We hate waiting around car dealerships and Fonz helped speed it up!

We recently purchased a 4 Runner. Our salesperson was Pooja. Fonz also assisted us with information about the vehicle. Both Pooja and Fonz were very knowledgeable. Pooja was low key and very professional. She instilled confidence in both the product and in Precision Toyota. Pooja even set up my i-phone so that it could work hands free in the vehicle. She also followed up by contacting me after I purchased the vehicle to answer any questions that I might have. Great job Pooja, Fonz, and Precision!!!

I just had some accessories installed yesterday. The service people did a great job too. Krysta is very personable and a great representative for Precision.

Precision is definitely a customer service orientated business. Thanks. I had a great stress-free experience purchasing my new Toyota and I love my new 4Runner.

I came in just to look at the cars and the prices. I was planing to buy just to right then until i found out the deal that they had for me it made it affordable so i decided to get a 2011 Yaris. I have had it for a few weeks now and love it. The people themselves were friendly and did not try to force me to buy. I even got help with something that is unusual for a dealer to do they helped me get it home and the car i already had but didn't trade in. I would recommend this dealer to everyone looking for transportation.

Buying a car at Precision Toyota was a pleasant experience - no pressure, no sales pitch, just great service. Everybody was very courteous, especially Mr. Abbasi who explained things thoroughly and answered all my questions. He made sure that I chose the right car, showed me how the different features of the Corolla LE work and had me drive the car so that he made sure I felt comfortable in it. My youngest son accompanied me and he asked Mr. Abbasi the technical questions, which he explained to our full satisfaction. The paperwork was not lengthy and Mr. Abbasi walked me through it. Thank you for your help, Mr. Abbasi, and thank you Toyota for a really great car!

Fonz Abbassi was our very energetic, enthusiastic sales rep and did an excellent job of presenting the Highlander we were potentially interested in purchasing. He worked with us to achieve a mutually agreed upon price and never subjected us to the pressure one often encounters in auto buying situations. He is a very nice person and we will look forward to visiting with him again in the future.

I was looking for a 2012 Toyota Tacoma and requested three on-line quotes, two from Phoenix and one from Precision. The Phoenix dealerships were vague with their quotes and suggested that I drive to their dealerships and look at their inventory. Mr. Abbasi was the first to send me a quote and when I met him a few days later, the truck model and color I wanted was in stock. The quote Mr. Abbasi gave me had not changed and he was up front about the final cost. I was impressed by Mr. Abbasi's honesty and professionalism, and his sense of humor put me at ease.

I would definitely recommend Mr. Abbasi to friends who are looking to buy a vehicle.
