My experience at Park Ave was excellent. Francine was excellent. I needed to lease a car and really liked BMW. I checked deals at few dealerships. Francine was able to offer exactly the car I wanted and for what I wanted. She was very helpful and always prompt with returning my phone calls. Im 20 years old and I have been wanting a BMW since I was a little kid. This year I finally saved up enough money and was in the market for a 328xi. I called numerous dealerships all over New Jersey but nobody helped me out like Francine did. She took her time and got me to come into the showroom to show me some options that I previously thought were impossible, but she made them easy and simple for me. I left the dealership that night with the car of my dreams and its all thanks to Francine. I would recommend her to anyone she is simply amazing and made my dream come true!!

Park Avenue BMW had a vehicle that I've wanted and Francine was the one who helped me to purchased the vehicle. She was very active in researching the needs and provided all the information which were questioned. She was very honest with 'what's' possible when dealing the price of the vehicle and that made my decision feel comfortable.
I would definitely recommend her to the people when purchasing a BWM.

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
I really wasn't looking to lease a new vehicle but the year end offers from BMW were too good to pass up. I was still hesitant even walking into the Park Ave BMW. But Francine Barieri made the whole process incredibly easy and gave us a price that was better than I had anticipated. There was no sales pressure, just the facts. Francine puts you at ease and makes you feel that she is truly working for your best interest.

She was great with the whole pickup process as well, spending the time to go over all of the vehicles features. Even offering to act as a liaison to any future service trips that I would make with the vehicle. The internet sales division is definitely the way to go and Francine is everything you would want from a car salesperson. Two of my close friends are also auto salesman with rival car companies and they could not beat the deal or the experience that I received.

If you want to buy the BMW (or any other car) best suits you, look no further but Park Ave BMW. My BMW experience starts with Francine. She is friendly, helpful and patient. She tries to minimize everything for the customers. I called her from Massachusetts, drove down to New Jersey the next day, got my BMW back to MA at that night. It is that simple and fast. Trust her and you will never make a mistake in buying your new car.

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
This is the 3rd time that I have leased a BMW and 3rd time with Greg Berkowitz. This was the 1st time that I worked with Francine. The entire experience was very easy. They always called me back promptly. When I realized that the cold weather package no longer included heated steering wheel they were able to find 2 choices for me that - even though were slightly higher than I wanted to pay - were exactly what I wanted. In the past I did shop around to see if Greg gave me the best price on the lease he could and ultimately he was the most competitive from the beginning of the process. I had thought about leasing a different car this year - one that was a couple hundred dollars cheaper but it was the customer service and the loyalty factor that kept me with Greg Berkowitz. Francine and Greg work incredibly well together. I spent most of my time working with Francine and she did an amazing job. I was really busy at work and it was nice to know that I had someone like her on top of the process the entire way through. I love my new BMW. Thank you Francine and Greg - hope you both have a great holiday and new year - see you in November 2014!

My experience at Park Ave was excellent. Francine was very patient with me as I am a very busy person. Francine was very articulate and detailed when going through the vehicle species with me. She is a very pleasant person and I have already shared my experience with Francine with a friend of my how just purchased a car from her. My friend also highly recommends Francine to get 5 stars.
