Frank Baldassare at Bay Ridge Honda

Went to Bay Ridge Honda after the sales person we dealt with for years left for another dealership and the experience that we had under the new manager at our local dealership was not very pleasant, especially the service department. We sat down with Frank told him what we wanted and two days later walked out with our 2013 Pilot. Overall great experience. So far 2 interactions with the service department and so far so good.

I needed a new car. My buying priorities were safety and reliability. From the moment I walked into the Dealership, I felt all of my questions were answered and that everyone was immediately available to me to address any concerns. Frank Baldassare was a great salesman. He did not pressure me at all, nor did he "pitch" anything to me. Rather, he listened to what I wanted, explained the various models that met my needs and were in my price range, arranged for me to test drive the car I was most interested in on very short notice, clearly explained the buying process to me, and made all of the paperwork, licensing, registration, payment go extraordinarily smoothly. This was a wonderful buying experience and I would highly recommend Frank as a salesman, as well as the dealership, to anyone who inquired. Also my kids liked Frank, and that is very high praise - but their reason for liking him was the same as mine: he listened to them and addressed their concerns. My nine year old was indeed going to nix our decision to purchase the Honda Fit because he didn't like the way the headrest felt (and he had convinced me he would be uncomfortable on a daily basis!), and then Frank adjusted the headreast to my son's and my delight! Yeah - Frank saved the day with that one! This was a big purchase for me and I just can't say enough about the positive experience I had making this investment.

This is my first Honda car purchase. The dealership Bay Ridge Honda and specifically Mr. Frank Baldassare are professional and courteous. The 2012 Honda Accord EX-L that I am leasing was clean and ready for me when I arrived to pickup the car at the dealership. Frank Baldassare patiently explianed all the featues of the car and answered all our questions. Dwayne Markland was also very professional and helpful with the financial aspects. The late service hours will be a benefit when it comes time for the oil changes. I am a COSTCO member and overall I am very pleased with the car buying process. I am also impressed with the follow-up emails I have been receiving from the dealership and from American Honda OwnerLink team. This just adds to the benefits of driving a Honda!!!

If we could we would give Frank Baldassare a 10! My husband and I are having a personal crisis and we needed a car ASAP! We shared with Frank our situation and he was WONDERFUL! He was very kind, professional, light hearted, and extremely efficient. We didn't have to worry about anything! He got us into a car that we really wanted and stayed within our budget. I was difficult to deal with due to a lot of stress on my part but Frank continued to treat me with a very kind attitude that was also professional. I will recommend this dealership and Frank to anyone and everyone I speak to of our Car shopping experience. Thank you Bay Ridge Honda, but especially Thank You Frank!!

Frank is the man. This was my second time back and he didn't let me down.
Robert worked with me to get me in the car I wanted.

Frank is a great saleman. He made our purchase for the 2012 Honda Fit a very easy one through the Costco Autobuy program. He was professional and nice to work with and I would recommend him to those who wish to purchase a Honda.

There are not enough words to describe Frank Baldassare. He is such a wonderful salesman and person. This is the 3rd Honda that we have leased from Frank and will only go to him. He is trustworthy, kind and patient. I hope that Frank stays with Bay Ridge Honda for many years to come. It is so nice to know that when you drive away in your new car, that you got a great deal. I have been to other dealerships and never had the experience that i had with Frank. He is A real class act!!

Frank is the man you want to buy a car from. Any car. Used or new. He's informative, patient, and straight talking. What normally is a stress-filled process went as smoothly as I could imagine it could go. It was even fun - most of the time.

This is the second time we have dealt with Frank J, Baldassare. He is very informative and you leave knowing you will be back again. We are very satisfied with Bay Ridge Honda,the entire staff is very helpful and friendly.My husband and I would have no problem telling someone to go there and tell them to ask for Frank.
