Frank Baldassare at Bay Ridge Honda

This is the second time we have dealt with Frank J, Baldassare. He is very informative and you leave knowing you will be back again. We are very satisfied with Bay Ridge Honda,the entire staff is very helpful and friendly.My husband and I would have no problem telling someone to go there and tell them to ask for Frank. Thank you Honda for having such wonderful people working for you.

I found Bay Ridge Honda and specifically Mr. Frank Baldassare to be professional and courteous. The price I paid for the 2012 Honda Accord EX-L was less than I expected and the car and treatment I received was better than I expected. In my previous dealings with Bay Ridge Honda I was always treated well yet somehow they exceeded my expectations.

Frank is fantastic! He really knows what he is doing. He is friendly and gives good old fashion customer service. When I leased my new 2012 Honda Odyssey EX-L he explained all the equipment, safety issues and even helped me set up my bluetooth. This is my 2nd time working with Frank Baldassare and I will continue to see him every time I need a new Honda vehicle. Joseph Calixtus was also very helpful with the financial aspects. He was knowledgeable, professional and very nice. He made me feel quite comfortable discussing my finances without any judgment. As for Bay Ridge Honda as a whole I highly recommend the sales and service staff. The late hours are also a positive. I love my Bay Ridge Honda!

I've never had Honda before..., came to 'Bay Ridge Honda' just looking, and because my friends recommended me (from New Jersey). I met Frank and Gene 30 min. before store was closed...,Frank is professional, knowledgeable salesman. Clear explanation , no pressure makes my life easy.
On the next day I pick up my car which I like a lot.. Thank you, Frank!

Frank was very helpful and honest right from the start. Very nice guy, easy to get along with, excellent salesman. Tried very hard to meet my needs and was successful. I would definitely recommend Frank and Bay Ridge Honda to my family and friends. When I am ready to purchase another Honda, I will definitely go back to Bay Ridge Honda.

Frank is what every car salesman should strive to be: knowledgeable, professional, straight-forward and concerned about his customers. He does not pressure you in any way and answers all questions thoroughly and clearly. Frank provided frequent updates on the status of our order and expedited the details of the car buying process. He made the purchase of a new car a pleasureable and exciting experience. Duane, the gentleman who explained the lo-jack process, was also a friendly, professional assest to the Bay Ridge dealership. We have purchased several cars from this dealership and have never been disappointed in Frank, our salesperson. Furthermore, we have found the personnel in the repair shop pleasant and timely in tuning up our vehicles. My experience at Bay Ridge Honda dealership was amazing and highly professional. I came into the dealership just to look around and ended up trading my 2009 Honda Fit for a brand new 2012 Honda Accord. Mr. Baldassare explained the lease in great detail and helped me figure out a good price! I am now paying $60 less a month. I am very pleased with the professionalism and expertise from the dealership. I highly recommend Mr.Baldassare to be your Honda agent.

The process of purchasing a brand new car is an exciting, yet extremely nerve racking experience. Frank J. Baldassare literally took me under his angel like wing and made me feel unbelievably comfortable. I was treated with respect, gratitude, care, and most of all HONESTY! My favorite part of the entire experience was driving away with my brand new 2012 Honda CV-R, and having Mr. Balassare call me that very same night just to make sure I arrived home safely and felt comfortable!
