Frank Clark at Metro Honda of Union County

The whole purchasing process took longer than I expected. We got to the dealership at 10:15 and didn't leave until 3:00. We knew the car we wanted by 11:00 and spent much of the day sitting around the dealership. The dealership did have a hotdog/hamburger vendor with free lunch for us, and there was a nice big screen TV showing movies.

Frank was great and did not rush you to buy a vehicle. He was very thorough with explaining everything about the car.

David was very nice and caring. He helped me to get the best price with a great warranty on my vehicle and is an excellent. I will definitely do buisness with Metro Honda again.

Stan guided us through all of the paperwork processing for us to complete the sale/
purchase of our new Honda Pilot. His work was thorough and professional - a very
pleasant young man. David Helms, Finance Manager, was equally thorough and
professonal. Frank Clark was our initial contact when we walked into the dealership.
We hope that our future dealings with Metro are this positive.

My wife visited Metro Honda of Union County with interest in learning about a Honda to fit her needs. (I was away for several weeks.) Frank Clark took considerable time to show her several alternatives, and let her drive them. He knew she wasn't ready to purchase, yet. After quoting with a number of dealers in the South and Southeast, we decided to purchased from Metro Honda,in large part because of Frank's help. Frank handled the sale with all of the expertise that I had come to expect from him and from Metro Honda. (Note, we hadn't purchased a vehicle for over 10 years.) Metro Honda and Frank were so much better than our previous dealer in Mississippi. His efforts for us *after* the sale were exemplary. Frank's competence, friendliness, and work ethic are factors that will lead me to Metro Honda for my next purchase. I would recommend Metro Honda of Union County, and, in particular, Frank Clark, to anyone.

Great Sales Staff !!! Frank in New Car Sales was great !!! Great pricing on 2010 Honda Accord LX manual transmission. Duane Gorman was our New Car Sales Manager and he gave us a great price on the vehicle. He took into cosideration that my wife was a school teacher and they take great pride in helping out Union County Teachers!

We are extremely pleased with our experience purchasing a preowned car, for our daughter to take to college. It gives us piece of mind knowing that the car was put through a mechanical inspection and recondition process, which is very comforting. Greg and Frank were a pleasure to work with. They understood exactly what we were looking for, helping us find the perfect car for our daughter. Very friendly and polite. Seem to have a general interest in what you are looking for. Never felt pressure to buy anything off the lot. Didn’t have that sale, sale, sale feel when we were talking with them. Seems to be a hidden gem outside of charlotte.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a New Honda. I had the pleasure of working directly with GSM Kris Childs, as well as Sales Professional Frank Clark. They were both very plesant and professional to talk with and made my experience very enjoyable. My latest purchase was a Mother's Day present, as we had our first child exactly one month earlier. Frank already had the car clean when the facility opened on Mother's Day and made my suprise for her a great experience. He has great vehicle knowledge and will make this a great experience for you. Frank was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me compare the Hondas I was selecting between. I would definitly recommend him and this dealership to a friend. David Helms the finance guy was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall an excellent experience.

Frank Clark was very friendly and knowledgable. He was not pushy, nor did he make us feel uneasy about our visit. Our test drive was great because he knew the vehical and was able to answer all our questions.
The finance department was also very helpful and was willing to make our deal as painless as possible.
I would recommend this dealership to my friends because they live up to their motto,
a friendly dealership. I look forward to many years of business with Metro Honda.
