Frank Loviglio at Lexus of Smithtown

Everybody was so friendly and helpful with all my questions and concerns. They walked me through every step of the process from the beginning paperwork explaining what each signature and document was for and when it came time to pick up my car they explained all the features in a way that i could remember them. They were very patient with me asking them multiple times how to work the navigation and all it had to offer. At no point did i feel rushed or signs of frustrations on there faces. I would and will recommend the staff that i worked with and i look forward to saying hello to them when i bring my car in for an occasional oil change. If your looking for honesty with a helpful hand then i truly say work with everyone at Lexus of Smithtown.

My husband and I leased an ES and an IS from Lexus of Smithtown in 2009. We loved our cars and we loved the service we got from Lexus of Smithtown. When it came time to replace the cars, there was no question as to the dealership we were going to go to.

As was the case in 2009, Sales Manager, Robert Rossworn, worked with us to find the cars that we wanted. At all times, he was very personable, polite, cooperative and helpful. At no time did we feel pressured and we always felt that Bob had our best interests in mind. This time we each got a 2013 ES.

Finance Manager,Delores Russell, is an extremely well-organized person who made all the complicated paperwork for the dealership, the insurance company and the DMV very easy for us.

Abbas Rajani, the Client Care Manger, answered our technical questions on the navigation system and we know we can contact him if we have questions in the future.

Frank Loviglio, one of the Sales/Leasing Consultants, was very patient and took time to explain all the new features to us the day that we picked up our cars.

Once again, we have been very pleased with every aspect of Lexus of Smithtown and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great car and great service.

I am writing to regarding Lexus Smthtown because of the exceptional service my husband and I received. Our sales man Frank Lovigleo, spent probably an hour with us helping us decide on the car we wanted, there was no high pressure sales. We found the experience to actually be enjoyable. Other sales people in the dealership were polite and friendly and interacted with us also. I was not certain that I wanted to purchase a Lexus RX or an Acura MDX, I must tell you that it was the way Frank Loviglio spoke with us and his patience and knowledge of the car that convinced me that this was not only the car for me but also the dealership to make my purchase from. The price for the car was fair, the trade in price we got for our Lexus E350 wasfair, all making the deal pleasant. On delivery of the RX Frank Lovigilio again made it a pleasant experience. He explained patiently each and every paper that needed to be signed then spent over an hour with us in the car explaining how to use everything the car had to offer. He then called the next day (a holiday) to make sure we understood everything. Because of Frank and his exceptional treatment of us during this transaction we will definitely be recommending Lexus Smithtown to our friends and family.
