My Review Of BMW of the Main Line:
My experience with BMW of the Mainline began with a phone call with which Mr. Simmons assisted me. He was very willing to provide me information on specific vehicles that I identified from their internet site. He was also prompt to call me back with any information that he did not have readily available at the time of the initial call. He then tagged the vehicle of my choice to "Hold" until I was able to come in the very next day for an appointment that I made with him. The following day, I was arrived to the dealership significantly earlier than the appointment that I had with Mr. Simmons. Within a couple of minutes, he was able to take me out to the lot and show the me the vehicle that we had on Hold as well as another vehicle that I was considering. He was more than willing to take my wife and myself out for multiple test drives to help us decide which vehicle was best for us. He also was very accommodating as we tried fitting out child seats and strollers in both vehicles to ensure that it was a right fit for our family. We then proceeded to negotiate the two vehicles simultaneously to further assist us in the decision making. Once we determined the car of our choice, we made the deal. At that point, he was able to accelerate the paperwork to ensure that we could take the car home in the same day, since it was a Saturday and the dealership's hours were shorter than on weekdays. After a short break for lunch, while the paperwork was prepared, I sat down with Mr. Muto to sign the paperwork. Mr. Muto was very helpful in walking me through the paperwork and any additional warrantees that were offered. He was thorough in his explanations of what was being signed as well as providing example and situations of where the offered warrantees would come in handy. He was also very informed as he explained the standard Certified PreOwned covereage versus the extended coverage offered. He was never pushy. Upon completion of the paperwork, Mr. Simmons helped me empty my trade in and load my new car. He also spent quite some time in the new vehicle with me and my wife, explaining the features and setting up things like my iphone and my garage door opening, my GPS, etc. Later, I realized that I had a couple more questions and that I had forgotten something in my trade in. He prompty responded to my e-mail, on a Sunday evening no less, and followed up with details to my questions on Monday morning. At that time, he had all ready retrieved what was left in the trade in. He offered to mail me that item as well. It is obvious that my overall experience with these indiviuals at the BMW of the Mainline was a pleasant and I would recommend the dealership and specifically Mr Simmons and Mr. Muto for your next BMW purchase.
