In all honesty, I only stopped by the dealership to look at a car, having my 10 year old son with me. But Frank made me feel incredibly comfortable by answering every question honestly and completely. Before I knew it, I had purchased my wife a pretty good anniversary present. My wife and I have purchased 5 cars from other dealerships on Rt 2, but we have never had the service that we received from both Frank and Steve Rodrigues. These two are a credit to your dealership and I would happily recommend all of my family and friends to buy their vehicles from Bald Hill. In fact, both my 10 year old and 6 year old sons spent time looking at the cars they want to buy. The MW3 Jeep looks real good.

Frank is very friendly, straight forward and cares about making his customers happy. He noticed there was a noise in the wheel prior to the test drive and told us. As soon as he got the deposit from me, the car was worked on and ready for me to pick up the very next day. I was missing car mats and the Manuel. He ordered both and has called me to update me when it will be in. I recommend him highly.

My Review of Bald Hill Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
I have owned a Jeep Liberty since 2003. Because of age and no problems with the vehicle, my wife and I thought it would be a good time to make the trade for a new one. We visited several dealers and were not satisfied with the deal or customer service. In Sunday's Providence Journal I saw the Bald Hill Dodge advertisement for a Jeep Liberty, I decided to take one last shot at a purchase figuring that I would walk away empty handed.

We were pleasantly surprised as soon as we walked into the showroom at Bald Hill. Our Sales Associate Frank Vescera, Jr. greeted us and immediately made us feel at home. We discussed the vehicle in the advertisement and although it was not what I wanted, Frank showed my wife and I different options that appealed to us. After explaining all the incentives and agreeing on a trade price for my 2003 Liberty, we finalized the deal.

From the time we walked into Bald Hill until the time I picked up my 2012 Jeep Liberty, we received friendly and courteous service which meant a lot to us. I look forward to a long and lasting friendship with Bald Hill and with our Sales Associate, Frank Vescera, Jr.

If any of my friends or family are ever looking for a new or used car, I will not hesitate sending them to Bald Hill Dodge.
