Fred Cook at Vann York Toyota

I have purchased 2 vehicles in 2 years from Vann York Toyota. Having dealt with many dealerships over the years, I appreciate the relaxed friendly atmosphere at this dealership. I feel like they want my business not just now but in the future also and show it by their outstanding service and efforts to give me a good deal on my purchases. Fred Cook is very knowledgeable of the product he sells and has been an important part of the overall good experience I have had with Vann York. I may shop other dealerships, but when it comes time to purchase I plan to end up at Vann York.

Fred Cook took the time to go over many details about the new Camry. We were pleased with the manner that he responded to our needs.

I have bought 5 new cars in my life so far. They have all been Toyota vehicles and 3 of those have been from Van York Toyota. I lived in a different state when I bought the first 2 vehicles. I chose to buy from Vann York Toyota because they know how to listen to their customers. An effective sales team works together to help consumers make the right decision on a new vehicle while at the same time making customers feel like they have done the transaction wisely. The sale does not end when the customer walks out the door after signing their name multiple times. The client wants to feel like they made the right choice the day after or a week after the transaction occurred. Vann York Toyota does this very well. They have got it down. Charles Martin and Fred Cook worked together to discover my automobile needs while Mike Stokes, Jerome Sam and Marvin Richardson worked together to reach my value requests. They are truly a great team that cares about their customers and strives to reach out and make each person a repeating patron.

Fred Cook sold us our 2012 Highlander and when we decided to trade for a 2013, we contacted him. He is friendly and worked with us in selecting the vehicle we bought. I would recommend Vann York to my friends as a great dealership to buy a vehicle. I live in Winston-Salem and drive to High Point just to buy from this dealership.

I live within 10 minutes of a local Toyota dealership; but I chose to drive 2 hours to Vann York, simply due to the fair pricing approach (which should be a given these days), and their across the board display of fairness, honesty, integrity and respect for the customer. I was offered a fair and reasonable price at the outset of negotiations without having to play the "insult game". Having been in sales management, myself, there are certain "success factors" one looks for in the sales process. Fred Cook and Mike Stokes of Vann York provided those.
