I have purchased vehicles from Matt Ford and Jerry Snead since 1996 and my parents have purchased their vehicles from Jerry years before that. Jerry is always available to help you and very knowledgable regarding Ford products. Jerry has always been very pleasant to work with as have all the Matt Ford employees.

Fred is a great finance guy. Finds the best deals and handles all the paperwork in a short period of time.

I highly recommend Matt Ford and Jerry Snead as the place to go and the guy to see to purchase your next vehicle.

Very nice, smooth and pleasant experience I have ever have in buying a car! I went there by myself on a Thursday and Ryan Matt showed and answered all the questions I have for The Escape Titanium 2013. He did a demo for me too. Then I went back Saturday with my husband and he demo it again for my husband. He was there to help us get the price that we wanted and we never felt that we were being pushed in buying the car. I will definitely come back at Matt Ford next time I buy my new car!

We have purchase several vehicle over the years from Jerry and Fred . We know in advance, that if we need any help or information on vechicles, Jerry and Fred will go to the limit to help.

Believe it or not you don't have to purchase a vehicle from thiis dealer, you will still get thier service and professional additude given to you and a thank you for coming in when you leave.

I have been purchasing vehicles from Matt Ford for at least 15 years. I have always ask for Jerry Snead because my wife and I have always appreciated his honesty and fairness. He is great to work with and I don't feel pressured to purchase something we don't want.
We have also appreciated the way He looks for the best deals, rebates, discounts, etc. so we are able to get the best for our money. Jerry always spend time explaining how the accessories in the vehicle works prior to leaving the dealership and makes sure we are comfortable with the operation of the entire vehicle.
Through the years, we have been, and are satisfied customers by working with Matt Ford both from the sales and the service.

We recently had an AWESOME experience with Matt Ford and are thrilled to write a review of our time there. My husband and I have been wanting a 'new-to-us' car and have been searching for the last month and a half. The other night we saw exactly what we were looking for on the internet and called up the dealership. Jerry Snead was the salesman we got. He answered all, and I mean EVERY question we had about the vehicle, and, believe me, between my husband and I, there were ALOT of questions.

We then decided to make the drive (3 hours one way from where we live!) and we are soooo glad we did! We arrived late saturday afternoon and Jerry not only had the car waiting for us to take a test drive but had driven it himself to make sure everything was running right on it before we arrived. He handed us the keys with a smile and told us to enjoy ourselves.

The car ran like a dream and I can hardly believe this as I type it but the car is BETTER than advertised. We drove back to Matt Ford and I think Jerry could tell by the looks on our faces that he had a sale...*smile* He answered MORE questions then led us in to Fred Statham, finance man who made that part easy and fun (yea, you read that right!!!).

Our total experience with Matt Ford was sooo positive and wonderful. No pressure, none, zero, zip, nada. Everyone was smiling the whole way through from when we pulled up to when we left. They stayed late to help finish our car buying experience and also went out of the way to give us directions and make sure we had everything we needed. They cooperated with our bank beforehand so that we could drive away with the vehicle. It is soo easy to buy a great car from Matt Ford.

Before we left Buffalo saturday someone in our church asked my husband what we were doing that day. He told him we were going to Kansas City to look at a car and he looked at us like we were nuts-"You are going ALL THE WAY to Kansas City to look at a car???" Once he saw the car he understood...*Smile*

If you get a chance to buy a car from this dealer and you are lucky enough to work with Jerry and Fred you will know you are truly blessed. I know we were!

Matt Ford made this absolutely the BEST experience I have ever had buying a car! They are Friendly, Well Informed, and Professional. I will recommend them to everyone I know. They took the time to explain everything in the car and how to opperate it. They didn't try to rush me or to push me into buying something. They made me feel comfortable and important, and gave me a great deal. On top of that they helped me find the best interest rate for my car loan.

After looking at gently used Escapes on Cars.com, we went to Matt Ford because their new prices for 2012's were better than other dealers online. We worked with Derek Fugate, who made the purchase fun instead of the chore that it has been with other dealers in the past. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, answered all of our questions, and took the time to make sure we understood how all the features worked. We would definitely recommend Matt Ford and Derek Fugate to anyone shopping for a Ford.
