Our salesman at the time was Fred Whitehawk. We were very please with the company, and also the salesman. Now here it is 2013, and we decided to trade in our Prius. So we went back to Tri County Toyota, and looked for Fred. We ended up trading in our 2008 Prius for a 2013 Prius. We found that the trade was fair towards the price of the new auto. He was very professional, knowledgeable about the vehicle and was willing to work to get me the very best price. I also feel that the sale doesn't stop at the delivery of the vehicle. Service matters to me. I feel that the service team at Tri-County is by far the best I have come across. I have owned a Cadillac, Lexus and my husband drives a BMW but the service at Tri-County is better than all of them in their professionalism, cleanliness, and price. Hands down it's the best Toyota dealership in the area. The sales staff is exceptional with no pressure sales tatics. From the managers Bob and Ken to the finacial manager John true professionals.Fred Whitehawk was the sales person I dealt with. I don't think there's any salesman in the car business that can compare to Fred. All sales people in the car business should take lessons from Fred on how to treat people. In my opinon there is no other more honest individual in the business other then Fred. Overall they gave me exactly what I thought my trade was worth and gave me a fair price on my 2012 Camry XLE.
