I was here with my girlfriend while she bought a new car, but after my experience I will definitely be coming here when I am looking for my own car. Our salesperson, Garrett Oxnæs, was excellent. When we arrived he was busy, which gave us time to look around at the cars on the lot, but he quickly welcomed us in. My girlfriend came in knowing exactly what car she wanted, and he didn’t try to upsell her to a higher trim. It was pretty busy when we came in, but Garrett constantly checked on us, showed us the bathroom, and showed us their array of snacks and fountain drinks. He was very detailed and helpful while we started the process, and was able to knowledgeably answer any questions. When it came to financing he clearly explained the options and guided us to make the best decision for us. I don’t think I can stress this enough that there was no pressure at any time. Garrett really just helped make the process of buying the car as streamlined and easy as possible. When it came time to pay, our financing agent Hesam was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and, again, made the process of paying for the car as easy as cake. Both agents were friendly and fun to talk to. Although it was a long process because of how busy it was, I barely cared and the time went by quickly. Finally, when we left, Garett accompanied us to the gas station and filled our tank with complimentary fuel. Truly an A+ Experience! More

Both Garrett Oxnæs and Hesam Ghaffari made my first car purchase awesome! Garrett was willing to squeeze me in during his busy day and somehow managed to effortlessly juggle so many things at once; I mean purchase awesome! Garrett is extremely kind and HONEST. I feel like honesty is pretty hard to come by when purchasing a car. He did not try to upsell or pressure me into extra costs. Garrett's genuine-self made me feel confident in my decision-making. Both Garrett and Hesam constantly checked on me and thanked me for my patience. Hesam was my financing agent and is another truly genuine human. I just enjoyed his presence alone; he had such a warm aura and made the signing/financing painless and sooooo fast! I ended up getting the MAZDA3 Hatchback and absolutely LOVE the way it drives. It's smooth and the technology with the cruise control and iphone connection is really impressive. This location was a short drive from Davis but was well worth it with their excellent employees and overall great atmosphere! More
