In a time like this any dealer that doesn’t have an outrageous “dealer’s markup” is rare to find. This dealership is one of those rare gems. The facility is inviting and the staff are amazing. The sales representative was a cool guy and did a good job. Did exactly what was asked of him. However, I find that this dealer policy or “no haggle pricing” on used cars to be a cheap and exploitive sale job. Did exactly what was asked of him. This was honestly the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. There was no pressure and everyone I encountered were amazing. My overall experience in buying a certified pre-owned Mazda through the dealership was excellent. The physical setup of the dealership was what you would hope for: clean, well organized, and plenty of customer amenities. All of the staff I interacted with were polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The car I bought was a good value for the money and the certified pre-owned coverage and process provides an excellent level of assurance. Above all, my internet and in-person sales advisor, Garrett Oxnaes, was fantastic. Garrett listened to what I wanted in terms of car requirements and went out of his way to find it for me. He adjusted his schedule to accommodate mine, going so far as to come in on a day off to show me the car I ultimately bought. He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He helped me decide on what was important to me in a car and what features I really needed. Perhaps most importantly, he did all this without any buying pressure. Post sale, Garrett was there when I had minor concerns and went the extra step for me in arranging detailing of the car including minor ding removal and home delivery (not an insubstantial thing when you live 100+ miles away). I highly recommend working with Garrett for all of your new and used car purchase needs. An overall pleasant experience. More
