Let's face it, the experience of buying a car is never fun until you drive away in your new car. I have to say I actually went to Maita Mazda a day earlier to look at the Mazda CX-5 and left there with a bad taste in my mouth. First guy told me the 2016 model which I wanted was Hard to get and I would possibly be able to save $500 off MSRP. He had to go, and handed me over to another guy who told me that was not true that they could only give me $100.00 off MSRP! I then filled a form out online to see what trade in value was on my truck, against my better Judgment added my phone because it was required to get trade in value of my Truck. That's when I got a call from Garrett at, Elk Grove Mazda. I told him from beginning I am not playing the put me in a room game. Lol He was sweet and professional and did not make me jump through many hoops, and he did not once use the stupid line,"How much can you afford" within 30 min we had settled on a price for new Car, trade in, and ran credit and had a monthly payment right where I wanted to be. It was a great experience and when my teen daughter gets a new car in 16 months I'm sure we will be back!
