Garrett welcomed me and immediately made me feel at ease. I was purchasing a car for myself. I was not sure what i wanted and had visited several other dealerships. I purchased that car because he listened to me and gave me a great experience. I did not go in there sold on buying a car. I liked that he showed me the value of a Mazda without putting all other brands down. He did it by letting it stand on its merits. I highly recommend Garrett and Elk Grove Mazda. More

Thank you to Garrett Oxnaes who helped with making the process easier when coming to my home with the car test as well as sealing the deal with the Mazda CX-5. When I had requested another person, he call process easier when coming to my home with the car test as well as sealing the deal with the Mazda CX-5. When I had requested another person, he called me and asked me if it was okay for him to come by and do the test drive at home and it went super well! He talked about all the features that I was looking at as well as the feel of the car. I absolutely fell in love the moment we were finished with the test drive and had set up a time to come into Mazda the next day. Throughout my time there, we had looked at many different colored cars and looked at the touring and grand touring models. After some careful consideration and some thoughts on the color of the cars, we finalized the color and sat down and talked about everything. Garrett was amazing during the entire appointment and even let me know that if I had any questions in regards to the car that I could call/text/message him and he would go over everything. Overall, if you're looking to get a car form Mazda, Garrett is wonderful at what he does and I am so thankful that he reached out to me to help me with getting the car! Super informative, super knowledgeable, super friendly, super awesome and will make the entire process feel easy for you to decide. I am overall feeling super happy and content with my car and I know that if I want to get another car from Mazda in the future, I would definitely go to Garrett to help with this process again!
