Even though the problem with my 2007 dodge NITRO was complicated, they were very thorough, sure and took the time to insure the fix was correct by testing it 5-6 times. At all times, EVERYONE I had any contact with was friendly, courteous, and attentive

It was a pleasure doing business with Gary. It was hassle free. He was thorough, fast, and efficient with the sale. Everyone else that I dealt with was as professional and courteous as he was. Mr. Wyler should know that Gary is one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with. I have purchased many cars over the years from many different dealerships, and this was by far the easiest and nicest transaction I have made. I have referred my friends and coworkers to him should they ever be interested in a car. Again, we appreciate the kind and courteous service and attention to the customer needs.

We recently came to Jeff Wyler Automall to look at Toyota Siennas. We knew what model we wanted when we came, but we hadn't decided whether to purchase a used or new Sienna van. Gary Bowman approached my husband and myself, offered his assistance, unlocked several vans that we were looking at and then left us alone to look and talk and think! That was so helpful because buying a car is a big decision and we did not want to feel pressured or that we were being talked into something that we didn't want. Gary was nearby and ready to answer the questions that we had. We came back on several occasions, asking for and dealing with Gary each visit and found him to be extremely helpful during the decision making and buying of the van we chose, which has everything that we were looking for. We love our van and had a very positive experience with Gary Bowman, as well as Melissa Loney in finance and the gentleman from the service department who helped us choose an entertainment system that we opted to have added to our Sienna. I was just about to purchase a vehicle from another dealership and I stopped in at Jeff Wyler in Springfield to get one more comparison. I had decided on a Chevy 1500 crew cab. They had a great selection and Gary Bowman was very helpful in showing me the vehicle and answering my questions. From my initial contact with Gary, the staff exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process. Everyone had a positive attitude. JD Clark, the sales manager, and Gary gave me their undivided attention while I was there. JD helped finish the deal and was extremely grateful for my business. When I picked the vehicle up, Melissa Loney walked me right through the paperwork like a true professional. Kelly Kaylor helped me get the hands free system on the truck paired up with my phone. You can tell that these people truly like what they do. So many dealerships these days have the culture of every man for himself. But my experience at Jeff Wyler in Springfield was much different. They ultimately got my business because they worked as a TEAM! I would give them all a 6, but the scale only goes to 5. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the market again. The only difference is I'll stop at Jeff Wyler in Springfield first.

Being a women buying a car Mr. Gary Bowman was very polite and let me look at several different cars and was very patient with me. He never rushed me and let me decide. If their was a salesman of the year I would vote for Mr. Bowman

I found the sales staff to be incredibly knowledge about the product I was looking for. I also found the prices to be very reasonable and I was treated very well while visiting the dealeship. I was introducd to many people there in different aspects of the operation and everyone was very friendly and met me with a handshake and a smile.

In the purchase of our new 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe, we found the personnel at Jeff Wyler Springfield Auto Mall to be eager to answer our questions, non-offensively assertive in their efforts to meet our purchase needs, professional in their approach to the sales process, and client-friendly. We were introduced to various people in the organization who discussed warranty issues, after-purchase products available, etc. Gary Bowman followed up on various issues enthusiastically and in a timely manner. In addition to the excellent sales service, we have been highly satisfied in the past with the service department at this dealership. This combination of exemplary previous service experience and high quality sales performance, coupled with a high quality product at a reasonable price, led us to the purchase of our new Hyundai at the Jeff Wyler Springfield Auto Mall.

Best buying experience ever! I bought a used Hyundai for my daughter, what a great car. Gary Bowman took care of everything, the price was very competitive, process was friendly, quick, and easy. Finance person Melissa Loney was professional and through. That whole process and the vehicle was the best. I wont go anywhere else.
