My Review of Newbold Toyota Scion:
I worked with Gary Cruise on my purchase of a 2011 Camry. Since I was looking for a specific Camry XLE model with specific color and interior, only a few 2011 vehicles remained in the Midwest (as of September 2011). Gary was able to look up several options for me and secure the vehicle that I was looking for. If you're shopping for a new car in the St Louis/Metro East area I would definitely recommend Gary Cruise at Newbold for your next purchase.

Gary Cruise was very friendly, knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted and he was very patient in negotiating the sale price of my new vehicle and the trade-in on my old vehicle. The final sale & financing paperwork was completed very quickly (less than 15 minutes). The staff also help keep my 3 small children entertained during negotiation & final paperwork. I highly recommend Newbold Toyota Scion and suggest you ask for Gary.

I admit that I was not mentally prepared to purchase a car when my wife and I came to the dealer. Our intent was to canvas the dealerships in the area that sold Toyota SUVs and compare prices. As my wife and I searched the Newbold dealership, Mr. Cruise was at our service right away. He stood in the sprinkling rain with us as we examined four SUVs. He determined our needs and our price range and invited inside to discuss our options. He went back and forth with the finance officer to get a deal that worked for us and he ensured our car was fueled up and ready to go as before we drove off with our new purchase.

WHEN ME AND MY WIFE GO LOOKING FOR CARS, WE TRY SEVERAL DIFFERENT DEALERS AND SEE WHICH ONES ACTUALLY WANT TO SELL TO US, SO WE WALK AROUND LOOKING AT ALL THE CARS AND SEE HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR THEM TO COME OUT TO US, WE BARELY WERE EVEN IN THE PARKING LOT AND ALONG CAME GARY CRUISE, HE WAS AWESOME, MADE US FEEL RIGHT AT HOME, THE FINANCE MANAGERS AND EVERYONE INVOLVED IN MAKING THIS HAPPEN, WE SALUTE YOU
