Scott Keith was not only helpful he was patient. There was a left over 2012 jeep wrangler in the exact color I wanted on the lot...only problem was, I'm not an expert on the manual transmission. I can drive them, but get quite nervous when I get stopped on a hill. Scott took me out on a test drive. Instead of pushing me into something I wasn't comfortable with, he instead suggested we look at something else. I really like the wrangler unlimited and knew I wanted one in bright white. Now is where Gary comes in. Apparently, bright white in the unlimited with a soft top is a hard find, but Gary looked all over the east coast and finally found me one! I was excited and am very happy to have received my brand new jeep yesterday. Thank you to Scott, Gary and Ladd Hanford.

My purchase experience at Ladd-Hanford Dodge located in Lebanon, PA was a Great Experience.

I would consider myself a skeptical customer.... but Mr. Dennis Weber and Mr. Gary Deibert as a team established a rapport that no doubt lead to my purchase from Ladd-Hanford.

My initial visit to the dealership, I spoke to Dennis who did an outstanding job with his people skills and knowledge. He answered my questions about the product and had the perfect demeanor. Once we started talking about purchase price, trade-in and incentives Mr. Weber introduced me to the manager Mr. Gary Deibert.

Mr. Gary Deibert answered all questions in regards to the purchase/cost of a Ram 1500, his attitude was positive throughout my many questions. He never talk down about other dealerships as so many other dealerships did while shopping closer to my residence. Mr. Deibert focused on nothing but positives such as the dodge product (2013 Motor Trend Truck of the Year) and the expertise of the people that he works with on a daily basis. He spoke about the Top Notch salespeople, Experience of the people working in the service department and the Customer Service that would be provided if I purchased the truck. He also provided me a tour of the dealership. I could tell that Mr. Deibert was not only excited but was a true professional who understood how important it was to be transparent and provide a person with first person knowledge of the facility. The one-on-one time he spent and the information he provided me about the dealership's top notch employees and customer service won my trust and confidence. Mr. Deibert's attitude and professionalism no doubt was the reason for my new truck purchase from Ladd-Hanford.

I have heard negative feed back from others about their experiences at other dealerships, If I encounter others looking for a vehicle I will tell them about Ladd-Hanford.

We were in need of a good reliable vehicle but our credit was not great. Gary worked very hard to get us approve when other dealers could not. He managed to get us a brand new Dodge Avenger. We could not believe it. Our Sales Consultant Nicholas Boudreaux was very professional and made us feel at ease with the transaction. They were both very nice and professional never made us feel uncomfortable or pressured into the sale. We will continue to come back and do business with Ladd Hanford. Gary met ALL my needs from the beginning to the end in the purchase of my new Jeep wrangler. He took the time to walk through the ordering process and explained all of my options in a clear consistent manner. When my Jeep arrived, he was flexible, and made certain that I was completely satisfied with the Jeep as ordered. Gary's professionalism has been unmatched in the two Jeeps I have now purchased from the dealership. I have been a customer of Ladd Hanford for the past 15 years. Since then my husband and I have bought 8 cars from this dealership and with each sale have had the best service. After the purchase of our first car 15 years ago, we moved out of the area to Bucks County Pennsylvania. However, due to the excellent service we received, we wanted to continue to use Ladd Hanford for our auto purchases. Therefore, 4 of the cars purchased from the dealership were delivered by a sales associate to our door. We really appreciated this service since we both work fulltime during the week and the drive to Ladd Hanford is an hour and a half from our home and business.

Two of the eight cars that we purchased from Ladd Hanford were pre owned but were in perfect condition with very low mileage. Our daughter was able to take her used Jeep Patriot to college in Colorado and has had no problems with the vehicle.

Every time that we have visited Ladd Hanford for our auto needs we were greeted with courteous, excellent service. The sales associates are always very informative and thorough with explaining the features of the vehicles and details of the sale. Our family will continue to return to Ladd Hanford for service in the years to come.
