I am from out of state and my Jeep was making a funny noise I stopped in and the young lady that helped me was great ( I have forgotten her name) they did not find anything wrong with the jeep but it di noise I stopped in and the young lady that helped me was great ( I have forgotten her name) they did not find anything wrong with the jeep but it did have a recall they fixed. I have to say it was a great Suprise to stop in and be able to be seen soon after i got there More

WORST service experience- ever! They will gouge you, charge unnecessary fees, not fix what you came there for, add on items you don’t need and use a coupon to get you in the door, o They will gouge you, charge unnecessary fees, not fix what you came there for, add on items you don’t need and use a coupon to get you in the door, only to tag on the $50 to your bill in miscellaneous shop fees!!! Management doesn’t care either, don’t bother them with you facts and poor customer experience!? STAT AWAY, no one charges that MUCH and most if not all dealers are more honest and professional!!! More

Terrible, They should have fixed our Hemi Tick before our warranty ran out. When we bought the extended warranty it was not explained that the warranty started for when the truck was new or we would have not warranty ran out. When we bought the extended warranty it was not explained that the warranty started for when the truck was new or we would have not have paid so much for the extended warranty. The truck is a 2016 Dodge Ram with 70,000 miles on it and it has had the Hemi Tick now for over a year. We kept it serviced regularly and through the dealership. I have been in touch with a news channel and will tell my story live on the air. More
