Gary Jaros at Toyota of Naperville

Absolutely the best service from a car dealership. Went to over 4 dealership and called about 8 before finding this place. When I called about a certain model, color, and features about the Avalon Hybrid Limited, she politely asked if she can call me back to verify that the car was in stock. After the call back, she gave me the sales manager's name and told me to ask for him. He greeted us and introduced our salesman Russ. Very friendly and I got a better deal than I was expecting on price of the car and on the trade in. The rates were competitive and the finance guy (usually horrible to work with) was actually a very cool guy that wasn't trying to shove extended warranty down our throat. All-in-all, this was by far the best dealership to work with and realized why their rating was so high to begin with. I would highly recommend this dealership and my sales guy Russ Harris to anyone looking for a Toyota. Very satisfied customer! :)

I visited the Toyota of Naperville dealership twice before my wife and I made our final purchase decision. I came in alone and delt with Mike Beck on reviewing the basic Highlander. After I explained to Mike that I was just out doing some preliminary scouting for my wife,, he answered all my questions and also gave me additional information which made me sure the Highlander was the car I wanted but I had to have my wife see it also. He was extremely friendly and I thought he might hurry me and be short with me because I was not going to make a decision that day, but instead he was very helpful and friendly. After a test drive and a price quote from Peter Murry I was on my way. When I returned about a week later I asked for Mike again because of the manner in which he handled himself. Not a pushy person, just a nice friendly guy. When I had my wife with me I thought his service was extremely helpful and even though my wife and I had several request which he handled very professionally and with great patients, he made us feel very welcome to the dealership. We ended up purchasing a Highlander SE. and when we left we new we made the right decision to step up from what we had originally intended to purchase and felt the decision was our own and were never pushed to make the decision, just professionally informed. We were also very pleased in the way Gary handled our closing of the purchase. Another genuine straight forward, friendly person. The last new auto we purchased was in 2001 from Toyota of Naperville and we a certainly glad we went back again. I would definitely recommend Toyota of Naperville to anyone.

Everyone at the dealership that we spoke with was very nice and caring. They were all willing to answer our questions and find the answer when it wasn't known. They also worked with us to get a great car for a fair price.

Just walking in the dealership is a pleasure. It's bright, clean and buzzing with activity. My salesman, Dan Gulley, was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable without being pushy. If you're looking for a high-pressure Sales staff you won't find it here! And when it came to discussing financing Gary Jaros was wonderful to deal with. He's friendly, personable, and knows his job inside and out. He explained everything clearly and patiently to me which made the whole process quite easy. He's very professional and makes you feel that he values his customers.

I would most definitely recommend this dealership to anyone without hesitation. And when I'm ready to buy again you can bet I'll be back.

I gave a perfect rating because everyone was nice and accommodating. The only draw back was the amount of time we were in the dealership. We kept thinking that we were done, and had finished the process, only to find out that we were not done. We were in the dealership for 4+ hours.

I am not a fan of buying cars but the experience I had at Toyota of Naperville was an absolute pleasure. Russ and Gary were wonderful and made the purchase enjoyable. I never felt pressured and am actually looking forward to my first service visit and enjoy a free coffee! Gary was a delight too. This my be my last car but I can't say enough wonderful things about this dealership!

Low on pressure; High on expertise; Local dealership; Harvey was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. They let me have an extended test drive by myself so I could go over all car features at my own pace. Great coffee.

Both Chris Davis and Russ Harris were fabulous to deal with. They were very patient and answered all questions and allowed us to test drive multiple times. This is our 4th Toyota new car. We also own a Lexus RX300 (bought at Naperville Lexus) and second new Toyota at Naperville Toyota dealership. Other two were bought in Long Island NY., when we lived there before moving to Naperville. This year we had considered very strongly to purchase a new Honda Accord EX-L with Nav, and so we took our time to test drive it and also Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid. In the end it was no contest and we finally settled with another Toyota new car instead of Honda.

After we made the decision to purchase Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid, we went to couple other Toyota dealerships to get a better price for the new car. In the end it was Chris Davis and Russel Harris team that won it hands down with their friendly, honest and no gimmick, no pressure approach. They were easily accessible at any time which made our task of getting information easy.

I first pulled up to your dealership and Marcell Wilson asked if he can help me, I said yes I am looking to buy a new Car and He brought me inside to see what he can do for me, I told him i was interested in the Scion XB its a great car and i love it, so after showing him the one i printed out on your web site he located it brought me to the test track and than i was sold it went through all the track without a glitch, I told him Man this is my car He told me Yes it is and i will do what i have to do to get this for you for I want a Happy Customer. And after all the Figures and agreeing on price and what I Qualify for to make a long story short The 2012 Scion XB is mine yes its a 3 year Lease but after that is up I am going to keep it I love the color and style of it I want to thank Marcell and all that helped me to Get this car Also Number 1 is My New Bride loves it too thank you all very much for a great Car........Eddie

My expectations going in were miserable. The car buying experience gives me hives just thinking about it. But I have to say, Blas and Bryan were wonderful to work with, very curteous and fair. The conversations were all business and fast-paced, minimal pressure. They won a new customer, thanks Naperville.
