He was honest about an old car that needed repairs and gave a thorough inspection on a new one that we ended up purchasing. I recently had Vandalism to my car. I took it Germain Honda and they were able to get the paint off of my car and fix the finish all in one day! They not only took care of my car - they made sure I had it back in the same day. I feel like
part of the family not a number or $ sign. In this day and age with Customer Service being shipped overseas(you do not have any) this is more than Great. I wish every business was so easy to get GREAT SERVICE. THANK YOU. MARTY TABOR

I've now had 4 cars serviced at this dealership, and have purchased the two most recent here (the other two were purchased before I lived in the area). I always get great service at Germain Honda - regardless of whether my car was purchased there or not. Anything from routine maintenance, to repairs, to bodyshop work has been handled professionally and in the time-frame (and budget) that I was quoted.

My Review of Germain Honda of Dublin:
I have had my CRV for almost 10 years and have always went to this dealership for service. My Honda has over 170,000 miles on it and is perfect right now, and I really owe it to them. I get a friendly face everytime I go in, they've got great service. I get emails when it's due for another service to help me remember, and they've always been courteous to note my manual of services. I've had body work done twice and countless visits. I would never go anywhere else. My next car will be a Honda, and will be with Germain. Thanks guys!

My Review of Germain Honda of Dublin:
I met Gary Kennedy approximately 19 years ago when he was a service adviser and I had a problem with one of my cars when I was in college (I'm now an attorney). I was so impressed with how superbly Gary treated me and how friendly, honest, conscientious and knowledgeable he was, I have taken my cars to Gary for all my service and body shop needs ever since. Over all those many years, Gary has always treated me great. He always makes sure any service I have done is done right and done timely and that I am treated very well. Although I now live out in Johnstown, I still come all the way to Dublin to see Gary for every service he can provide - from simple oil changes to the biggest of repairs (including items like tires, etc.). Because of how highly I think of Gary and his opinions and how much I trust him, I have referred numerous friends and family to Gary over the years, and just a couple months ago I asked Gary for a referral to a salesperson at Germain (and then I bought a car from the person Gary referred me to). I can honestly say I have never met anyone who provided more outstanding customer service than Gary and that is the reason why Gary has, multiple times over, permanently earned all my automobile business.

Mr. Kennedy is the type of employee that keeps customers for auto dealers.. In this day and age customer service is the key to keeping customers and Mr. Kennedy gets that! He takes ownership, does not place blame, gets to the root of the problem and comes up with solutions that get issues solved with minimal impact to the customer.

The Germain Honda dealership is very fortunate to have Mr. Kennedy on their staff, his professionalism and attention to excellent customer service cannot be over stated!!

Because of Mr. Kennedy Germain has gained a customer for life!
