I really appreciate Gary Liu's services.Be honest, actually I am scared of car salesman because they are very aggressive to push you hard and get deal. They do not care about your needs and feeling. But Gary has changed my bad impression to sales man. He was very nice and sincere, talked like old friends. he really knew his product and customer's needs. I had very pleasant experience with him. He gave me a great help. He is very friendly and very helpful. He knows my needs very well, and he found a best car and best model to match my needs. He is very knowledgeable with the cars, some interesting stories, history and culture. He knows how to grab customer's mind and make them happy and let them feel they got the best car they want and fully benefit from it. I am the one of the customers. I bought many new cars from the different dealers. But Planet Honda is the best one, Gary is the best one. I felt he was not selling a car, he was helping me.
