Gary Pion at Lamoureux Ford

I went to lamourex ford on the recommendation of my service technician. I had a vechicle that I wanted to trade in for a newer one, that would be better on gas mileliage and be newer than the one that I had. I went and talked to gary pion one of the salesman. he showed me what was available, and then sat down and went over what could be done to make the deal possible. and he worked magic I was able to make the deal with his help and the help of the person who handles the money part, they found a bank got me a neww loan and took my car in trade. he coulden't have been more helpful or nicer, I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I will if I know someone who is looking for a car or truck. they are very helpful and very nice people. and they will do everything possible to help you with the purchase of a car.

I gave the best rating to Lamoureux Ford because I have purchased my 3rd new ford from them in the past 12 years and the service I had those years has been very satisfying. I always felt I got my dollars worth for the repairs I have had in the past, and I always was satisfied with the work done. As for sales people, they are well knowledgeable on the newest technologies and very helpful and patient explaining to my wife and I.

Lamoureux Ford was referred to us by a friend and has proved to be a great fit for us. They offered us a fair trade value for our car and a very competitive purchase price on our new vehicle. Every step of the way has been positive and the entire staff at Lamoureux has been helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Whenever we have visited this dealership, whether for service, or sales we have been treated with the best courtesy, and respect, we have ever received at any dealership anywhere. We appreciate the attitudes of all we have dealt with, including but not limited to Marc (Koko), Gary, Peter, John, and of course Marc Lamoureux himself. The service department has always treated us well, even when we have had unusual issues with used vehicles, whether or not they where bought there.

If my mother-in-law was still alive, we would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to her, knowing she could not find anything to fault them for. I continually tell people about how happy we have been doing business here.

Gary is a easy person to work with. We can have a conversation with no pressure to seal the deal today, he is willing to work with you when ever you are ready proceed with the sale. I like to talk to a person in sales and not a sales robot that wants to get your money today. It is nice to see a dealership with quality and a knowledgeable sales people. Please keep up the good work.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. They took care of everything for me and showed me how everything works and told me to come back if I had a problem with any of it.. I went in on a Tuesday morning and when I left everything was in motion ( I was approved for a loan), came back Thursday morning and everything was done and ready to go. I was comparison shopping for a new truck and visited several dealerships in the area. Gary provided pricing including rebates and other incentives in a manner that was straight forward, where I felt like I wasn't being deceived or pressured. I continued to shop around and returned to the dealership several times with more questions which were always answered without pressure. After negotiating the best price possible I was sure I would get a very low trade in offer but was very pleased with the valuation and fair trade which I applied to the vehicle purchase.

I had a great experience at Lamoureux Ford. Buying a new car is a big decision and I felt it was treated this way. From the moment I walked in, I felt this dealership was different than others that I have visited. It is a friendly environment. I was never rushed through the process of purchasing the car. All lof my questions were answered while at the dealership, as well as through emails and phone calls. I worked with Gary Pion primarily, but others were helpful in the process as well. The purchasing and transferring of information from the vehicle I traded in was a streamlined, organized process. I never felt pressured to purchase any car or add-on that I was not interested in. The teaching about use of the Ford sync and features of the vehicle was an additional benefit. I am very happy with the purchase as well as the overall experience.

I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Gary Pion. He has always been super helpful and I have always been impressed with his patience in answering my questions. I like to have as much info as possible before making any purchase (espcially a big purchase) and many salesmen either don't have the answers or don't want the buyer to to be in the know. Gary on the other hand, bends over backward to make sure the buyer has all the facts. At one point there was an obscure question that Gary wasn't sure about; however, in a matter of minutes he and three other salesmen were combing through spec sheets and binders to get me the answer. Before long I had my answer. I can guarantee that few others would have gone through that kind of effort. I have had nothing but good experiences with Gary and Lamoureux and I look forward to my next purchase with them. I would recomend them to anyone!

This is the second vehicle we purchased from
Gary. When we arrived Gary was busy with another customer so Guz came in to help us out.
We weren't sure of exactly what we were looking for but found nothing in our price range. We told Guz to call if something came up that might interest us. A couple of days went by and Gary called to say he had something in our price range that might interest us. Gary was very helpful in getting us a vehicle that suits our needs in our price range. He did a great job and our experience this time as in our first purchase with him was excellent. We were prepared to delay our purchase until the right vehicle came in. We will continue to make our purchases at this dealership. They are dependable and trustworthy.
