My Review Of Gary Rome Hyundai:

This dealership has UNBELIEVABLE customer service. The whole team went above and beyond to help satisfy me, especially Mike Pijar. With a smile always on his face, he followed through and made sure I got the right car that I was looking for. Never once did I feel like I was overstepping my boundaries with asking too many questions. I would sincerely highly recommend this dealership, and this service to ANYONE looking for a new/used car!

when purchasing this car a 2013 elantra limited, i had the best sales person i personally have ever dealt with. john was not only very informative, but personable and cheerful. he really helped my wife understand the controls and electronics of the dash, as well as the features necessary to safe driving. i appreciated that very much. cliff was his usual self, smart, funny and laid back gary was, is and i think will always be the most available, down to earth, and straight forward owner that i have met in my many years of buying and selling cars. no wonder i have the kia optima and hyundai elantra, when i could have bought just about any car (equos excluded). of course the warranty doesn't hurt either. sincerely, milt robar

My Review Of Gary Rome Hyundai:

My father and I came into Gary Rome looking to lease a car for me. Although I would be the principle driver, I needed my father to co-sign since my credit score is low. We had a good idea of what we were looking for, and Jason Cisek was really helpful on finding us what we could afford. It is exactly what I want and need, and my payments are exactly where I wanted them to be. We chose to lease the car, and the finance company did not want to lease the car if my name was on it because my credit is so poor. My dad really wanted it in my name to help build positive credit as well as for insurance purposes. Gary Rome was extremely helpful in talking to the bank on our behalf, and the lease was able to go through.
I absolutely love my car; I love the style, how it drives, and I love that I can fill the tank for under $40 a week (a full tank lasts me 5-6 days!!). Jason was really straight foward with us, and made the whole process of leasing this car pleasant and stress-free. Gary really went the extra mile by personally involving himself with the bank. This was my father's second purchase from Gary Rome and my first, but we will both be returning in the future because we were treated so well!

My Review Of Gary Rome Hyundai:

Gary Rome and his sales team are the best sales team in New England. If you want to buy a Hyundai, and be treated like royalty the entire time, go to Gary Rome. You will not regret a second of it.

The entire staff from Gary on down are extremely friendly and approachable. Gary himself often roams the floor with his beautiful dog and talks to everyone that comes in. You feel less like you are buying a car from some dealership and more like you are part of a special group.

Glenn Call was our salesman. All throughout the process, he was incredibly friendly and approachable. He was always available to take any question I had and did so with a smile on his face. We put the man through the wringer. Tough questions, tough negotiating, we did everything we could to get the best deal possible. Glenn was unflappable. Never once seemed frustrated or anything less than outright cheerful no matter how tough we were. I could feel that he considered us as friends and that he would do anything to make it right for us.

They gave us an amazing price, were very accommodating and took the time to listen really close to me and gave me the best deal that fit all of the needs I had going into it.

You should buy your next car here. We will.

I was in an accident 12/10/10. I had bought my last 2 cars from Gary and really liked them so I called him, explained the situation, and I picked up my brand new Elantra 12/18/10. Gary, Bill and Jason made the process so easy! My very own Christmas miracle.

My Review Of Gary Rome Hyundai:

Last Sunday, we learned our previous car needed another expensive repair. On Monday I contacted Gary Rome Hyundai and a local Honda Dealer. I told Gary Rome how much I could afford for a monthly payment and my concern that it would not be enough to get into a new Hyundai Elantra Touring wagon. On Tuesday, I went in and test drove the car and they worked out some preliminary numbers that with a more than fair trade-in value for my car plus current rebate incentive and 72 month financing, allowed us to get into a new one for the monthly payment we could afford. On Wednesday my wife went to test drive and on Thursday I did a second test drive of the exact car that we were purchasing. All through the process we felt no pressure to buy and more patience with my tendency to be a high-maintenance customer with an inordinate amount of questions than is reasonable to expect. On Friday, although neither my wife nor I could take time from work to finish the purchasing paperwork, they were able to make arrangements by phone with our insurance company and did the credit authorization with my wife by phone. This allowed us to pick-up the car on Saturday with very little time required to complete the transaction. In addition to the 4 times we visited in person, Gary Rome himself responded (within 30 minutes) on 3 occasions to email questions I had about the purchase both before and after we had bought the car. Never any pressure, never any impatience with questions and made the deal we needed to get the car we wanted. In contrast the Honda dealership did everything in their power on my first visit to get me to leave with a signed contract for a car. The difference was staggering and made me really appreciate the level of customer service at Gary Rome Hyundai.

This is the most Wonderful dealership experience we have ever had. They are welcoming, no pressure, relaxing, they explain everything in detail.
After dealing with the sales people, if you have the wonderful experience of dealing with Gary Rome and his dog Jack that experience is the best of all. Gary is wonderful to talk with and he is more than willing to let you have one on one with Jack, he's a trip, what a wonderful dog, great personality.

Anyone looking for a great dealership to deal with go to Gary Rome in Holyoke, Ma.
You can't ask for more friendler people and the whole experience was so easy and calming.

I can't say enough geat things about Gary Rome.

Even if you go there after your purchase they still remember you and welcome you with smiles. Awesome.
