From the time I made contact with Cindy through the USAA web site, the experience was great. Although I had a letter with a price from Todd, she managed to take that trade in price down with her sharp eyes and keen salesmanship. Although not happy with the trade-in price, I worked with Cindy instead of walking away and getting the small defects fixed and returning. The overall experience from working with Cindy to the financial steps with Darwin was one of the best I have had with car buying. This is my 4th or 5th Toyota from Liberty Toyota.

3rd vehicle we have bought from this dealership, 2nd time working with JC & Gary. Truly exceptional experience working with these guys and Tori. All were friendly, knowlegable & made the whole buying process as easy as and enjoyable as possible. not planning on a 4th Toyota yet but if the need arises I'll be back at Liberty.

nice job Jim; you took care of business and were professional in every way. GAry was involved also, this is at least the second car I purchased thru Gary. As i have said before GAry should be groomed for a store and Big Jim shoudl be groomed for more responsibility

We got a good buy on a NEW CAR. We intended to buy about a two-year old car but got a deal on a new one! Furthermore, that car is under warranty for seven years, which means no car headaches for a long time!

Cindy Preston was our first contact with Liberty Toyota. From the time she introduced herself until we left the agency -- some five hours later -- Cindy was beside us to make certain we understood every step of the sales presentation. She exhibited great patience as we interrupted her to ask random questions regarding the 2013 Highlander. In the process of guiding us through the many decisions we made, she gave us reasonable time to reach concensus between my wife and I if we felt we needed to discuss any aspect of the transaction. Throughout our time with Cindy, she took every opportunity for us to meet several managers and key employees of Liberty Toyota. We were most pleased that throughout our experience at the dealership we were never subjected to any "hot box" sessions with "attack dogs" we've encountered at other dealerships in the past. My wife and I are most impressed with our new car and the dealership that sold it to us. Jacob Ford was my first contact. He helped fix a rear windshield wiper on our Lexus and we were impressed by his overall professionalism and friendliness. Big Jim, Shaun and Jeff and Nathan made the Costco sales experience one to remember. Fred is spot on the best service tech in the city. Kudos to everyone at Larry H. Miller Liberty Toyota for taking the time to really make a difference.

We walked in the door and were approached immediately by Mike Hawkins. He was courteous, professional and knowledgable about Toyota and the Sienna we were interested in. We were just there to look but within 20 min decided to buy because everyone was so helpful and we LOVE the Sienna with AWD and you had the color I wanted. Also very happy with the Manager on duty (Gary, I think) and Mike the finance guy. The 0%financing was also a big plus!

From they very start to the time we drove off the lot everyone we encountered were professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone seeking to buy a new car.
