My Review of Lexus of Reno:
I drove into Lexus of Reno just to look at a used car on recommendation from a friend who purchased a used car there. Gary Williams met me at the lot and with no pressure explained to me the different options, used vs new, buying vs leasing. Up until that time I have never bought a NEW car and I'm over 50 years old. Gary took the time to show me the options on payments and leasing vs buying. Never once did I feel pressured or felt like I was being "tricked" into something I didn't want. I never made it to the other dealers because I found what I wanted there, the price was great and the whole experience was very calming. The car is awesome. Thanks also to Blake Chapman the "Car intro guy" who takes you thru all the stuff in your car.

Verlin was extremely helpful in thoroughly eplaining the intracacies of my 2012 gx. Additionally, he seemed to take a genuine interest in my wife and myself. It was truely a pleasure picking up my vehicle. Gary W. and Todd J were also pleasant and helpful. Please make the position of Delivery Specialist a permannt one.

Since the beginning I was looking for buy a car, Gary William keep in touch with me at least 2-3 times a week.He is so good to keep eyes on cars that I might like and let me know. Since I met him the first time til I got my car, he is so friendly and really helpful. He is the best sale man I ever dealt with so far. We went to Lexus of Reno looking for a sports and family vehicles. Gary Williams was our sales expert. From the beginning to end he was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable of all Lexus vehicles and incentives/promotions. He was able to get us a great deal on the 2012 RX 350 and IS 250! If you are looking for the best service in car luxury go to Lexus of Reno and ask for Gary Williams! We are reffering all of our family and friends to him. A few days later Gary called to personaly thank us and sent us a follow up letter in the mail! He really demonstrates the meaning of SERVICE EXCELLENCE!

Verlin Gunnels also has an extensive amount of experience in the car industry. He was our point of contact for the delivery of both of our new cars. He was very thorough and patient showing us all of the features Lexus offers in each vehicle. Verlin introduced us to the Lexus staff and helped us register our car features. Verlin and staff put bows on the cars so we could take pictures! He synced our Iphones to our cars, personalized our seats, and even showed us how bluetooth pairing works!

Both Gary and Verlin are true asets to Lexus of Reno. We highly recommend them and we will only do business with Lexus because of their efforts! Thank you from the Sanchez Family.

My Review of Lexus of Reno:
My husband and I just purchased our first Lexus, an RX 350. From the moment we set foot in the dealership, each and every person was very nice and accommodating. We were in the market for about a month and once we experienced the Lexus dealership, we knew this would be the vehicle for us. On our test drive, Todd and David were very, very knowledgeable about the suv and neither of them were pressuring or "salesy" ...we appreciated this so much. Other places really put the heat on after a test drive and it just was aggravating, making the whole process annoying. At Lexus, we never felt uneasy..the buying process from start to finish was wonderful. Everyone was warm and inviting, and we were repeatedly asked if we needed anything or had questions. The dealership itself is very nice too, very clean, and comfortable. We would like to commend everyone there for doing a great job...even the employees we did not actually meet greeted us with smiles. Thank you Lexus of Reno, buying a vehicle from you was truely a pleasure!

My Review of Lexus of Reno:
My hubby and I went to Lexus to look at a Honda Pilot we had seen on line at Lexus of Reno. We found out it had been sold 2 days before we came in. But Gary Williams offered to show us something we would like within our budget. 1st SUV we looked at was a Chevy Trailblazer which was very nice and drove great but it has a V8 in it and we wanted a V6. 2nd SUV we looked at was a Lexus RX300, Very gorgeous! I felt like I was a Queen sitting in this SUV!! Everything about it was wonderful, It has leather heated seats, the color of it is champagne and it drove so smoothly! We got to take it for a nice ride, from Mill St. up to Truckee Meadows Collage and back. Well, after driving it, I fell in love. Gary gave my hubby a price that was great and we could'nt pass it up!! Im so very happy with my new/used Lexus and I want you to know that Gary is THE BEST!! So if you ever visit Lexus of Reno, make sure you ask for Gary Williams. Thank you Gary for making me the happiest girl in the whole USA!! :D

My wife and I decided spur of the moment to consider a trade in on our way from Carson City to San Francisco on a Sunday. Gary greeted us at the door and proceeded to explain our options which lead to a test drive. We were so impressed with his manor, knowledge, and sensitive approach that we decided on the spot to turn in our 2001 RX for a pre-owned 2009. We had been comparing other manufacturer's products and nothing compared to the offering and professionalism of Lexus Reno and Gary.
