My Review Of DCH Freehold Toyota Scion:

I went online and located the car that I wanted and contacted DCH Auto Group, Mr. K.C. Hui, Asian Market Coordinator who contacted their dealership Freehold Toyota. I just wanted to thank you for their 1st Class service from their group started from Mr. Hui, with his assistant, the entire transaction purchase for the new Toyota RAV4 from the start to finish was the a wonderful experience I ever had. The price was right. I was late last night picking up the new car due to work last night, but their team was there waited for me. All paperwork was ready to sign when I got there, and I was in and out with no hassle. Again, I wanted to thank you for Mr. KC Hui and Mr. Shau-wai Lam for leadership to have such a wonderful team at the DCH Freehold Toyota, and for Gunther Wu and Paul Leahy of their excellent quality of work and services. My experience was the greatest without a doubt; I will definitely refer DCH Auto Group to my friends and family again and again. Keep up the good work guys. I am in love with my Toyota RAV4 XLE.

My Review Of DCH Freehold Toyota Scion:

In all my years of purchasing new vehicles, this is hands down my BEST experience. The staff was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured at any time during my visit and the entire staff was very curtious.

When I first entered the showroom, Vinny Vitolo introduced himself and asked how he could be of assistance. I explained that I was in immediate need of a vehicle due to unfortunate circumstances, and that this was the first place I came to. I was actually looking at certified used vehicles on line, but was open to professional opinions. I gave him the criteria in which I was looking, and he directed me in that direction. After looking, and test driving several vehicles on the lot, I explained that this was my first stop and I needed to explore all of my options. He understood completely, and did not pressure me as I left.

Being that Honda was my first choice, since I have owned two previously, I went there and to a few other competitive dealers, and I was unable to find what I was looking for, so I went home to look on the internet again. After hours of looking, I came across the Scion tc, which seemed to have everything that I was looking for. I headed back to Toyota.

I told Vinny of my new found interest, and he was happy to run through all the Scion vehicles. He was knowledgeable on all them. After test driving the Scion tc, I was sold and we immediately began building my new car. He went through financial and personal criterias and we came to a deal that I was very happy with.

I was then introduced to Gary Yudilevich who went through all my financials. Gary was extremely helpful, as he explained in detail all my options.

I then met Rob, who further explained all the warranties, etc... He was helpfull in explaining what options were available and how I would benefit from packages that were offered.

In conclusion, I honestly must say that, this was my best car buying experience.

The personable, friendly, and knowledgable staff are a pleasure to deal with. Every experience is memorable in a good way. You are left with the impression that you're dealing with family. There is a vehicle for everyone, and terms can be suited to your situation for the best deal possible for both parties.
Your sales people are responsive and attentive to your needs to make the whole customer experience a great one.
Routine Service appointments go quickly and the technicians always off he best advice for your maintenance issues. I have found in other places that the customer is pressured into paying for all services recommended. DCH Freehold Toyota staff donor pressure o my offer their best professional advice.

My Review Of DCH Freehold Toyota Scion:

I have never owned a brand new car. I always buy pre-owned/used cars. This is my first brand new car. From the time, I looked up cars to the end. DCH toyota has made my buying experience very enjoyable and pleasant. I looked a particular model on toyota.com and submitted quote request to the local dealers. Brooke Vega from DCH responded with in hours with a price I could not believe and refuse. I had looked at KBB and had a price in mind to negotiate, but DCH beat me to the price by a huge discount. I call Brook Vega and express my interest to drop by their dealership
At the dealership, I was greeted by Chris Simmons who was very professional from start to finish. Chris was patient to understand what my needs are. He took the time to take for a test drive and also showed us the car which Brooke Vega had priced. I was approved by Toyota Financial Services for 0.9% APR for 60 months which further solidified my intentions to buy a Toyota.
The same day evening I showed up with my wife and the deal was sealed. It is very typical of car dealerships to add unnecessary options as a requirement to make additional revenue. Chris neither did put pressure or kind of try to scare us to buy the secure etch and the paint protection package worth 800$, but I opted for it.
I was then introduced to Paul Leahy the finance manager who took me into his office to complete the paper work. He walked me through the paper work and then presented me with extended warranty options for the new car. Again no pressure to buy or no scare tactics. I was interested in the Toyota Platinum extended warranty and the price was little out of my range. Paul worked with me and made pricing adjustments so that I can get the warranty. Many dealers that I know try not to discount the extended warranty, but DCH Freehold Toyota seems to understand the real value of a good customer.
Over all, I was extremely satisfied with the level of customer service at DCH Freehold.

It gets even better, after i signed the dotted line and took delivery of my brand new car, I changed my mind regarding the secure etch and the paint protection. After reading online reviews, it felt like it was snake oil and a wastage of $$. Once you have closed a deal, it is not easy to get a refund or a credit. But I called Chris and expressed my concerns and told him that I would like to withdraw my consent to the options and would like a refund or credit. Chris stepped up and without any hesitation told me that Paul would take care and apply the refund credits towards my monthly payment.

DCH Freehold is about 40 minutes from where I live and I have other Toyota Dealers with in 20minutes from my house. I will take both my toyotas to DCH Freehold only for one reason - These guys at DCH Freehold Toyota knows what customer service is and knows how to treat a customer.

I have leased Toyota RAV4 at this dealership. All I can say is that all people I've worked with did a great job, took a very good care of me and were very responsive to my interests and needs.
I enjoyed dealing with these people - they are very nice, respect their customer and what is very important - not pushy. I 100% recommend working with them!!!

My Review Of DCH Freehold Toyota Scion:

This car purchase was made at the DCH Freehold Toyota location. The immediate salesperson was Sal Loretta; the entire new car purchase was the most pleasurable new car purchase I have ever been involved in. My salesman "Sal" was very eager to please my wife and i through the entire process, even after the sale was consumated, when salespeople have a tendency to forget about you. He assisted us in every possible area including locating the vehicle; explainining the vehicle's features and helping us to navigate through some of the vehicle's features and settings. He took an incredible amount of time just to make us happy. We really appreciate Sal's work! Also, involved was finance manager "Peter" who guided us through the financing and warranty extras carefully, making note of what options would be important for our needs. Finally, sles manager "Gary" was also involved and was also eager to cooperate with us during the negotiation process.

GREAT JOB DCH FREEHOLD TOYOTA!

My Review Of DCH Freehold Toyota Scion:

My wife and I bought a new Avalon from Gary Yudelevich 5 years ago and were very pleased with the buying experience. (Not long after, we referred our son who was also quite pleased with the purchase of his Highlander.) Now retired and ready to buy our 5th Toyota, we wanted a smooth and pleasant process again. I Googled Gary’s name, found he had moved to Freehold Toyota, and called for an appointment. At the dealership, he introduced us to Vinny Vitolo. After discussing our needs and wants, Vinny showed us a 2012 RAV4 that suits us perfectly. He cheerfully and efficiently answered all of our questions, with helpful explanations and suggestions along the way. They put together a deal-- with no pressure, no hassle, no razzle-dazzle and a great price—just like last time. When we came in to pick up the car, they both greeted us cordially and put the paperwork in motion. Justin Reibschied also took care of his part of the process quickly and smoothly and we took delivery of the spotlessly clean RAV4. Even the Avalon won’t last forever, so we’ll be back—it’s a pleasure doing business with these gentlemen.

My Review Of DCH Freehold Toyota Scion:

Actually, it was my second time with this dealership. My first Toyota lease was about to expire and Freehold Toyota was #1 in my list, because my first experience was awesome. Camry was running great all the time, very reliable, smooth, excellent handling and fuel economy. I also think that people you are dealing with are as important as a car you buy or lease. That why Joe Adorno was another reason for me to come back to Toyota Freehold.
My second time was even better than the first one. First, I spoke on the phone with Gary Yudilevich. He understood my requirements, called me back next day with the offer so great that I did not want to negotiate any further. When I arrived to the dealership Joe had everything ready, so all procedures including return the old vehicle, paperwork and payment took less than 2 hours. And he made my experience as pleasant as before.
If there is an image of the perfect car dealer - Joe Adorno is the guy.
That's why I put the highest rates on almost all criteria listed.
What about price rate? Well, customers always are looking for the less, right? :)

My Review Of DCH Freehold Toyota Scion:

I first went in to service to have them check out my old Tacoma and met with Cory. My truck was part of the "rust recall" and it didn't pass the test so I was offered a buy back on it. Cory was awesome and went above and beyond to help me with the whole process. But now I needed a replacement vehicle so I went to the sales department and spoke with Chris who was very knowledgeable and answered my many many questions. I went home to think about my options, and I also checked out some other dealers, but none even came close to the professionalism and friendliness I felt from Chris and everyone else at Freehold, so I went back in and left a deposit with Chris on a 2012 Tacoma. When my truck arrived I got a call from Gary, the sales manager, to let me know. Gary was great on the phone, he was very patient with me and addressed all my concers while I was deciding if I would come in with cash or finance. I went in a few days later and met with Rob who went over a few odds and ends and helped me get some accessories then introduced me to Peter who did my paperwork. I work at a powersports dealership so I know how dificult of a job these guys have and I do take notice of customer service; and all in all Freehold has a top notch staff. I am very happy with my choice of truck and my choice of dealership.
Thank you very much Cory, Chris, and everyone else, you guys are GREAT and I'll see you in 5000 miles!
