Gene Wagner at Matt Ford Sales Inc

We just bought a new (2011) ford explorer from Matt Ford. We had a very comfortable experience whet we were dealing on this car. Gene Wagner was very friendly and did not high preasure us into buying this car. We were treated with respect and enjoyed our time at Matt Ford. We will go back to Matt Ford when we are looking for our next new car.

This is the 5th vehicle we have purchased from Matt Ford and we have had GREAT experiences everytime. The staff is always friendly, helpful and they do not pressure you into buying anything.
Gene Wagner helped us purchase our new Ford 150 XLT truck. He took the time to let us drive several different trucks to make sure we knew what we wanted and to compare our options on each vehicle. The expereience was pleasant from the beginning to the delivery of the truck. We did not feel pressure at anytime to buy the truck. He gave us our options and let us make up our mind.
We would and have recommended this dealership several times to others. We have been at dealerships that basically pressure you until you buy and we do not like or appreciate that tactic. Buying a new vehicle is stressful and Matt Ford makes it as pleasant as possible.
We also take our vehicles to the service department at Matt Ford and it is exceptional. Jack in the service department makes you feel like you and your car is important to them.

Gene was so friendly and helpful during our entire purchase experience, he made our out of country deal very unstressful and efficient. The vehicle was represented accurately and the dealership fullfilled every aspect of the agreement that we made. Matt Ford has earned my respect and trust and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this dealership in the future.

My husband and I have a very good visit. Their salesperson,Gene Wagner, was helpful, friendly and great to work with. Mr. Wagner greeted us when we walked into the dealership. He asked us what we were looking for and helped us find the vehicle that best suited our needs. Gene had answers for our questions. He was friendly and made the whole experience very enjoyable. I went to several dealers, Dodge, Chevrolet, Toyota and other Ford dealers. I told each the same as to the kind of truck and options I was looking for. Dodge had one closely similar to what I wanted. Others had similar, but not in the color I was loking for. Matt Ford had exactly the vehicle I wanted and was several thousand dollars under any of the other dealers on comparable trucks with a higher trade-in value for my existing truck. Gene Wagner, Sales, did not pressure my decision and was courteous and helpful. The entire purchasing experience was great.

Matt Ford is a top notch dealership in my book.from the salesmen to the shop folks.Gene Wagner was my salesman and he would bend over backwards to help in anyway to get you the best deal around.I would and have recomended Matt Ford to anybody.

I was looking to purchase a new 2011 Ford F150 Supercrew XLT with the Ecoboost engine, a specific color, and the off-road package. Gene Wagner, a longtime sales consultant with Matt Ford,and the rest of the staff did all of their homework before I had arrived at the dealership and made the experience an enjoyable one. They worked hard to provide me a fair offer on my trade and exceeded my expectations on the price and financing package for my new truck. These guys have been around a long time and provide a high level of customer service. I will choose Matt Ford for future purchases from now on.

I have bought many new vehicles and have been to many dealerships over the years and by far Matt Ford is at top of the list. From the ease of making my purchase to the friendly staff including the great service department, my overall experience was pleasurable. I would recommend Matt Ford to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle or simply needing service and maintenance. Gene Wagner should be commended for his knowledge and courtiesness in car sales which made my experience all the better. He is a great asset to the Matt Ford Team.

WE WERE WELCOMED BEFORE WE EVEN LOOKED AT A CAR, THEY ASKED SPECIFIC QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR LIKE NEW, USED, TYPE, THEN PRICE. THEN SUDGESTED AUTOS ACCORDING TO OUR ANSWERS, AND WERE NOT PUSHY ABOUT WANTING AN ANSWER, WERE ALOWED TO LOOK AT SEVERAL TRUCKS AT THE SAME TIME SO WE COULD COMPARE FEATURES, ECT. OFFERED TO LET US TEST DRIVE ANY OR ALL. THEN ALOWED US TIME TO SIT AND DISCUSS BETWEEN US IN PRIVATE. GERRY W. EVEN CALLED OUR INSURANCE CO. TO GET A QUOATE FOR US, AND LET US SEE EVERY AMMOUNT FOR STICKER PRICE, PRICE THEY WOULD SELL FOR AND INSURANCE, AND LET US DISCUSS MORE IN PRIVATE. HE SAID "TAKE YOUR TIME, OR IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO COME BACK THAT WOULD BE FINE ALSO", WHICH I LIKE, I HATE TO BE PUSHED INTO BUYING SOMETHING ON THE SPOT. ESPECIALY FOR THAT KIND OF MONEY. IT IS A DIFFICULT DISSION TO MAKE. GERRY ALSO GAVE ALL THE INFO. TO GENE BEFORE WE CAME BACK SO HE WOULD KNOW WHERE WE WERE AND ON THE SAME PAGE, GENE ALSO KNEW OF THE OTHER TRUCKS WE WERE LOOKING AT AND HAD FULL KNOWLEGE OF ALL THE VEHICLES ON THE LOT WITHOUT LOOKING UP THE INFO.
