They live up to their mission: " Provide exceptional automotive value for our customers". There were issues in the beginning but the issues were very quickly resolved by Manager Frank Rao. He was very honest and professional. I got my first used Kia Sorento for great value. Really appreciated Timur Ten getting the car CPO( certified preowned) even though it was not advertised as CPO. He also made sure I got the best value in extended warranty for CPO car which has less deductibles. Vincent Macaluso was very informative in explaining every detail in operating the car; there are so many electronic controls. He said I can call him anytime with questions and problems. George, the finance manager was very very patient in helping us decide on extended warranty with best value. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. Also talk to them upfront about any issues before settling on a price. They work hard to earn the respect and trust of their customers. I never drove a Kia before, but so far I really enjoy driving my Sorento 2015 SX. I researched and found out it is highly rated by Consumer Reports. Kia as a brand has a higher rating than Nissan or Toyota. Was very surprised. More
