My Review of Sommer's Buick GMC Subaru:
We love our new used car!!! It is the nicest car we've ever owned, and our experience with Sommers Buick made it even better! After the first salesman we talked to became ill and wasn't available, George Katsafanas helped us. What a nice guy he is! He was so courteous and accommodating. We had a concern about a slight vibration that occurred in freeway driving, and the first salesman told us that the car would be sold "as is"; but then when we dealt with George, he himself took the car out for a drive, felt the vibration, and immediately sent the car into the garage to be adjusted. It now drives perfectly and we love it! George answered even our smallest questions with the same thoughtfulness and attention that he brought to the entire transaction. We would not hesitate to recommend George as an excellent person to deal with.

Our rating of Sommers is based on our experience with buying our first new Subaru from Sales Consultant George Katsafanas. George listened to what we were looking for in a new car. He provided us advise on available options that would meet our needs. George never tried to push us into a car that was not exactly what we wanted. In the end, we ended up ordering a new Forester with the exact options we wanted. We appreciated that George did not try to sell us a vehicle off the lot that was less than what we wanted. When our new Forester arrived, George patiently explained all the features to my wife and I. George has a pleasant, polite, professional attitude and is very knowledgeable about his product. He is definitely not a typical high-pressure salesman.
George Katsafanas and Sommers Subaru provide us with our most pleasant new car buying experience.

I have rated all the categories a 5 because working with George and Ron was a satisfying and rewording experience that resulted in the purchase of a 2011 GMC Sierra 2500HD pick-up truck. It is a pleasure to deal with people who are competent, thorough and professional. Ron and George listened to my needs and recommended a truck that was right for me. There was no sales pressure just suggestions and options provided to me based on their experience and knowledge of trucks. The pricing was very competitive, the communication was thorough and timely, and the delivery was first class. Sommer's Automotive is a very clean and friendly dealership staffed with people who are focused on customer satisfaction and service.

George and Sommers make a great partnership that exemplifies genuinue customer interest, focus and most of all service! We've bought 3 cars through George, the most recent of which involved no negotiation as Sommers accepted our first offer (an all-time first for any car we've ever purchased!) Not that all of our deals were that simple at Sommers, but they have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied with both our purchases and follow-up service visits. George also does a great job of remembering his customer's preferences, families and all-around exudes a warm and confident attitude.

Will always recommend Sommers and George for anyone looking for a car.

This is our second vehicle we've bought from George who is extremely helpful and friendly. He goes above and beyond any of our previous salesperson and dealership experiences. We will be back again. The dealership personnel and practices are above par, and recommend George and Sommers, Inc. to anyone. We've had good experiences with the service department, since we service our cars there. Our first car from them was a Subaru and we just purchased the GMC. We are one happy family! P.S. They have great cookies, smile.

Karen and I Rick had the best experience with the sales staff. George and Adam were so helpful with all our questions; and sold my wife on the Subaru. She stated put here Jeep Commander, or Subaru Outback next to each other If both were new, she would pick the Subaru.

Reason for visit was really just to look, look at used cars and the used Impreza that I saw on Cars.com. George greeted me with smile and warm personality that I felt as though I could ask him questions. He was patient and allowed me the time to learn all that I needed to know. When I was ready to make a choice he showed me the benefits of the latest model and the difference in prices. I have always resisted new purchasing because I have had good results with used in the past. George showed me the value that I could accept. Very happy now with my new 2011 Impreza!

I was very impressed with the Somers dealership and the help that George provided. I explained to George my needs and the company vehicle I wanted to purchase. He got the process started right away without being pushy or overaggressive. It went very smoothly. He was very thorough with the whole process from going into detail about options to covering a complete inspection when I picked up the vehicle. I have been very happy so far with my Outback. I have always wanted another Subaru since I owned one in the early '80s. I'm sure I will be happy with my choice for years to come. Thank you George and Somers for a great experience. I will certainly recommend you to others.

My Review of Sommer's Buick GMC Subaru:
We had a great experience working with George. Helpful, friendly and very patient. He sold us on the Subaru lifestyle right away, but let us take our time reading reviews, comparing cars, and taking (many) test drives. Eventually, George got us into a pair of new Subarus, 2010 Forester for her and 2011 Outback for me. The cars surpassed all of our expectations (especially in winter driving conditions). We're lucky our local dealer is Sommers. George made the experience fun and exciting.

My Review of Sommer's Buick GMC Subaru:
A few years ago when I was looking at Subaru I went to another dealership and could barely get anyone to help me, so I left and went to Sommer's the next day. George help my wife and I as soon as we pulled up. We looked at a few different cars and George was very helpful showing us the different options the cars had to offer. Throughout the whole process everyone at Sommer's was very helpful. The service department is also great we have done all our regular service with them. We have now bought three Subarus from George and sent friends and family to Sommer's.
