Our experience at Pacific Ford was excellent. We had an appointment with Rocco Degregorio. The purchase of a Ford Escape was for my wife. Rocky put her at ease through the entire buying experience. Every employee we encountered were friendly and professional. Even when signing the paperwork with Bernard Jones was made easy while we chatted about shared experiences. If you're going car shopping I highly recommend Pacifico Ford as your dealership. I have been a customer since 2016. I recommend the service and body shop also. More
