My Review Of Royal Palm Mazda:
We came in unannounced to check out the Mazda 3 after reading internet reviews re vehicle as well as all listed shoppers' reviews. The comparison of the researched Mazda, especially with regards to safety and fuel economy, along with the overwhelmingly positive comments on the Royal Palm dealership, convinced us to check it out the following day. We did not expect to purchase a car that day however the salesman we requested, Gerard Seifert was so accommodating, knowledgeable, and able to understand our wishes about what we were looking for we decided to further explore our options. Over the few hours of our stay one or more staffers came over and introduced themselves yet we felt no pressure what-so-ever, as they just offered assistance if needed. We were pleasantly surprised with one option Gerard suggested which we did not expect to get for such a good price and in the the end purchased that car, with an extended 7 year warranty, and three other options, a rear view mirror back-up Camera, a special weather protectant for the exterior of the car and a Lo-Jack tracking unit. Larry the manager was very warm and friendly, and Paul in finance made good arguments for the extended warranty though the decision was left completely up to us. Our experience with this Mazda dealership was an especially rewarding for us. Not only did we buy the kind of car we were searching for but got much more than we had hoped for at a price several thousand dollars less than expected. There was efficient follow-up in the Service department as Debbie called the following day to schedule a needed appt. and Richard Weiner was really helpful in seeing to it our service was completed much earlier than expected. Thank you Gerard, Eric,Daniella, Larry, Paul, Debbie and Richard for teaming up to make car-buying a surprisingly comfortable experience.
