I was in a very bad situation with my current Mazda6 lease from another Mazda dealer in Delray Beach, Fl. Larry and Gerard worked very hard to get me the best possible deal in order to get out of the lease and purchase my vehicle.

Best experience buying a car EVER!!!!
Today I bought my 3rd Mazda cx-9. Thank you to Royal Palm Mazda for making the most stressfree car buying experience EVER!!!
It started when I made a phone call to the dealership and told them what I was looking for. They got back to me in an imprssesive timely manner. Since I had already shopped the car I knew they had the best price. I showed up at the dealership about 3pm and drove off the lot with my new car (that I LOVE) at 5:30pm. THANK YOU , THANK YOU , THANK YOU for making it so painless and easy. I also must say how nice and clean the dealership was.

Kudos to the guys I worked with for getting me the car I wanted, at the best price and making it so easy. Kudos again to the team there... Gregg Becker, Gerard Seifert and Jean Volel for making it all happen.

My Review Of Royal Palm Mazda:

I contacted Luis Lora because I felt the price I was being offered at another dealership was too high. I felt he gave me a very good price first time.

He also worked well and handed me off to Gerard when he could not make it as I had to come up to your Dealership to appraise my SUV for the trade-in.

He was patient, pleasant to work with, and stayed in contact with me during the decision process.

The dealership was relatively new and was kept up very well, clean, cars looked good that were in the showroom.

Even Peter Massero, who was not part of the deal, was very friendly to us.


They were willing to stay open late and work with or schedule.

They looked to a bunch of other local dealers to locate the exact car we wanted to and got it right!

My wife really likes the car so far and we went back to a Mazda product for a few reasons.

One, her favorite car was a previous generation Mazda 6.

Two, the car felt really tight, sporty, and fun to drive when we test drove it.

Three, Mazda, the brand, was rated very high on the Reliability list of consumer reports and had confidence we were buying a product that will be maintenance free during the lease.

We drove more miles to come to your dealer also because we have always had a painless experience dealing with your dealership.

I bought a Nissan product from you in 2007-2008 that I still have!

My Review Of Royal Palm Mazda:

We came in unannounced to check out the Mazda 3 after reading internet reviews re vehicle as well as all listed shoppers' reviews. The comparison of the researched Mazda, especially with regards to safety and fuel economy, along with the overwhelmingly positive comments on the Royal Palm dealership, convinced us to check it out the following day. We did not expect to purchase a car that day however the salesman we requested, Gerard Seifert was so accommodating, knowledgeable, and able to understand our wishes about what we were looking for we decided to further explore our options. Over the few hours of our stay one or more staffers came over and introduced themselves yet we felt no pressure what-so-ever, as they just offered assistance if needed. We were pleasantly surprised with one option Gerard suggested which we did not expect to get for such a good price and in the the end purchased that car, with an extended 7 year warranty, and three other options, a rear view mirror back-up Camera, a special weather protectant for the exterior of the car and a Lo-Jack tracking unit. Larry the manager was very warm and friendly, and Paul in finance made good arguments for the extended warranty though the decision was left completely up to us. Our experience with this Mazda dealership was an especially rewarding for us. Not only did we buy the kind of car we were searching for but got much more than we had hoped for at a price several thousand dollars less than expected. There was efficient follow-up in the Service department as Debbie called the following day to schedule a needed appt. and Richard Weiner was really helpful in seeing to it our service was completed much earlier than expected. Thank you Gerard, Eric,Daniella, Larry, Paul, Debbie and Richard for teaming up to make car-buying a surprisingly comfortable experience.

My Review Of Royal Palm Mazda:

What an outstanding experience I had purchasing my new 2012 CX-9 from Royal Palm Mazda as a Christmas present for my wife last week! Both Gerard the Sales Executive and Larry the General Manager treated me like a real person - almost like family - whose requirements were met with conviction and a true professional commitment to excellent customer service. This applies to every level of the sales organization, since Paul the finance manager was friendly, informative - and efficiently quick - as well.

I felt like royalty by the time I closed the deal. All the final sales transaction details were clarified and settled in an open and friendly manner - with absolutely none of the stressful "bargaining" one usually encounters when buying a new car. I couldn't wait to pick up my wife's new CX-9 last Friday! By the way - she loves her new car! I didn't have the heart to have her wait until Christmas day to give her the keys.

I would like to thank the Royal Palm sales team for a truly phenomenal new car buying experience!

It's no wonder this is the second new car I have purchased from Royal Palm Mazda in two years. I have no doubt that my next new car will be a Royal Palm Mazda purchase.

My Review Of Royal Palm Mazda:

I had a very pleasant experience with Gerard Seifart. He was very knowledgeable. Due to negative equity we couldn't purchase the car. But Gerard tried all to help us.

Then Mr. Joel Samuels discussed with us that our best choice at the moment was leasing. We discuss price, time, mileage allowance, and negative equity. After two days of calls back and forward, finally I decided to give it a shot and lease the car. I discussed with Mr. Samuels all the details about the lease and we agreed in a price/ negative equity / and how much your dealer was going to give for my used car.
After arriving at the dealer, and starting signing the paperwork with the finance department, we realize that the numbers were not what we agreed. After deliberation, and a waste of my time, we got into an agreement that was more than Mr. Samuels deal.

I was very upset that Mr. Samuels promised something and when all got down to paper it was not the same.

I will do business again with your dealership but will be very cautious on who I talk to.
