My Review of Suburban of West Michigan:
The best experience ever. I visited a few big car dealership and I was treated like commission tattooed on my forehead. Suburban of West MI treated me like a family member. I received very good explanation and information on vehicles I was interested with. I was given options and gave me a tour of other vehicles they have. Everybody is working so hard to get me in a good reliable vehicle and the best loan that I can afford. Hats off to all the staff. Thank you for a great experience! Even though I haven’t gotten my vehicle yet and not sure what they can do for my messy credit, I still had the best experienced ever looking for a vehicle. MarieAnn

The whole dealership is very friendly. Gerry Christians worked with us to get us into our Saturn and gave us details on everything we needed to know. Don Riley and Lisa Fredricks answered all our questions and Mr Riley signed us up for a program to accure points that may used toward discounts. We are very pleased with everything and plan to buy our next car from Suburban of West Michigan

My Review of Suburban of West Michigan:
Brent was extremely accommodating from start to finish of my purchase. I have a three year old daughter and couldn't risk sitting in an office during the financing portion of the process, so Brent handled everything between a couple of phone calls one morning. That afternoon I was ready for a test drive where he answered all of my questions and informed me he has been with the company for nearly 20 years. His effort to genuinely connect with me and my family definitely impacted my desire to buy with Suburban of West Michigan. The very next morning, I had the keys to my new Jeep Liberty! The day after I brought home my new car, I received a follow-up call from Brent to make sure I was pleased, which of course I was!
