My Review of Flemington BMW:
I usually do not do these things but my experience at Flemington BMW was great. I am a big BMW fan and I have now bought 6 of them in the last 5 years all from Gerry Vaughan. The dealership is very good but Gerry is outstanding, the key reason I continue to go back is because of Gerry. He understands the cars, he takes time to explain the options he has been great with me and my wife in every purchase. We just bought our 6th BMW from him a 328 Coupe for my wife and he spent a great deal of time going over the car and made my wife feel very comfortable. I will clearly more another BMW some day and I will only buy it from Gerry, all 6 times it has been a great experience.

This is the second BMW I purchased so have used both the sales and service end. Personnel in both areas are extraordinary with their knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism. The dealership is always extremely neat and clean from the garage to the showroom to the bathrooms. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Gerry Vaughan made my experience of purchasing my bmw fantastic. We spent quite a bit of time together, Gerry making sure I had every answer to every question, and every bit of confidence in my purchase. Gerry's customer service is like that of no one else's I've come into contact with; and it did not end when I drove off the lot. Gerry followed up with me on several occassions, and I would not hesitate in recommending Flemington BMW, specifically Gerry to any of my friends or family.

Gerry provided unbelievable service before, during, and after the sale. He was extremely thorough and followed up even on the most minute details to be sure that we were happy with the car and understood all of the features. Gerry also took the time to cover the service area thoroughly. We got a fantastic deal on the car, a fantastic deal on the trade, and a fantastic overall experience.
