I have to say that Adre was a very pleasant sales person, who took his time to help us out with purchasing our vehicle. He made us feel at ease at all times we questioned him regarding the type of vehicle we were looking for. He also never had any negative input about our credit. He treated us as very special customers the minute we walk in. Regarding Gil, he was also a pleasant person to deal with. He answer all our questions and explain everything we needed to know regarding owning a vehicle. We will strongly recommend Adre and Gil as your sales person at Park Avenue BMW.

I was extremely happy with my experience at ParknAve BMW. The salesmen were extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted in the many decisions that needed to be made about the options available. They walked me through each and every option. They were explicit in all explanations. They were honest. It seemed as if they went above and beyond to make my experience delightful. It was evident that they really wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Once I decided on the color I wanted, Jeremy immediately ordered my X3. The following day Tom was invaluable in expediting the paperwork. Not only did he work quickly and efficiently, be was extremely personable. He was able to relate to my children, making their wait pleasurable.
I was originally promised my vehicle in approximately 4 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived 2 weeks early. Tom contacted me to tell me the fantastic news and I came in that very evening. When we arrived, everything was prepared for me. As we waited for Gil, Tom showed me my car. He was very thorough in all of his explanations. He assisted me in setting up the many things that needed to be set. Again, Tom was very friendly and personable.
When I met with Gil, he too was friendly and efficient. He quickly and thoroughly explained all of the paperwork without making it seem boring and tedious.
Overall, my experience at Park Ave BMW was phenomenal. I am very pleased with the service and my car.

Gil was extremely helpful and informative about the products and services offered through BMW. Being a first time bmw owner this was extremely useful. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Gil De Oliveira in the future. Hopefully this is the beginning to many more bmw purchases.

The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. They made sure your needs were addressed in a timely fashion. They worked well to give you the best deal possible and were very honest, was most appreciated. I would do business with them again without hesitation.

I have owned over 6 German cars in the last 10 years, this was the best experience compared to to other larger chains I have worked with. Usually Car dealers, try to figure out your budget and see what car fits that budget, period - nothing more nothing less, if anything they try to push you slightly over your budget. Gil DeOliveira on the other hand, first asked my wife and I why we wanted a car (we just had a new born), what would fit our needs and financially what made the most sense, and what was the best car to fit the needs of our growing family.(we wanted 3rd row seating on the X5 and despite it being an additional option - which would increase the price, he advised us against it, with very valid reasons). He was brutally honest and I loved that. That has never been the case with Mercedes and Audi dealers.

If I go back to this dealer - it would be because of Gil and the honesty he displayed. It is always nice when people take some time to understand what you want and why and don't just ask you for a budget and sell you the car that fits it. I could have spend atleast $40,000 more, but it would have been a waste - So net net - I am happy with my purchase and look forward to working with Gil again. If you are on the edge, make a call, talk to Gil and get the facts, somethings the internet cant tell - so when you go to the store...talk to honest guys and make an informed decision.

I was pleased to have met mr DeOliveira. He was sincere, polite and willingly to help like other rep. He helped find the right car to fit my budget ( well, i don't mean beer pocket budget) it was a very nice 6 series. Wow what a car and i did not think of it. Again, i am glad to have worked with Gil and i am referring him to all friends and family members. If you are seriouly looking for a BMW you should go see Gil at park ave bmw. Gil thanks for your help

I stopped in the dealership without an appointment.
I told Gil what I was looking for and he told me what was available in stock if I wanted something right away. We went on a test drive. After I decided which vehicle I wanted, we were able to quickly agree on the price, payment options, etc. The whole process was hassle-free and enjoyable. I can not say the entire staff is friendly and professional because when we first went in nobody was looking at us or tried to help us until Gil approched us. Also, the service facility fantastic and run very professionally. This going to play a big part in my decision to buy another car at Park Ave BMW in the future, but Gil De Oliveira has to be my salesperson and will recommend him to all my friends and family

What an amazing company run very tight with Wayne Carenza!! Purchased used Volvo from Rob and Gil,and had minor misunderstanding with their service center,instead of trashing them over Internet ,wrote an email to Mr.Carenza and what an quickly response by him self!Everything was done to perfection to ensure my satisfaction .I just want to say THANK YOU! I recently leased a BMW X5 from Park Avenue BMW. My lease on my 335 convertible was ending, but had a few months left on it. Gil DeOliveira was my client advisor and he did a fantastic job finding the car that I wanted and winding up the months left on my current lease. I would highly recommend Gil to new buyers. My experience at Park Ave BMW was great.
