My Review of Park Ave BMW:
My daughter and I walked into Park Avenue BMW looking to lease a new 328X-Drive for her. When the price didn't fit our budget our Sales Consultant, Gil DeOliveira suggested that we look into their Certified Pre-Owned program. After Gil went through his inventory with us we found a 2009 328X-Drive with only one owner and a little over 11,000 miles in the exact color theme that we were looking for. Gil took his time with us, never pressured us and I was impressed with his knowledge of the automobile. After finding the car we wanted, Jim Palumbo , their Finance Manager put all the numbers together and found a deal that fit our budget and I purchased the car that very same day. I would highly recommend Park Avenue BMW to anyone because of their professtionalism, knowledge and no haggle policy. They really made it a pleasurable experience and am very happy with my decision!

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
Walked into BMW unsure if I was going to lease that day - wanted to check things out and see what was being offered.

Gil made me feel very comfortable from the start - not like the stereotypical pushy car dealer.

They had a great deal and Gil outlined everything in black and white - no shady grey areas that caught me off guard when I signed. He gave me time to think and discuss with some friends. He even offered his personal experience with the cars I was reviewing.

I drove off the lot 2 hours later with a brand new car.

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
I went to the dealership unsure whether I wanted to drive away with a new car. I already knew that I'd want to choose a BMW, but I was unsure about the advantages/disadvantages of leasing vs buying. I was also unsure about which model to select. I have to say that Mr DeOliveira took all the time that I needed to answer all my questions. There was no pressure to decide on one model or another; there was no pressure to decide to buy at all. The car itself was so attractive that it made the sale. Mr DeOliveira was accommodating with respect to all my needs: he facilitated disposing of the rental vehicle I drove there, he assisted in arranging for car insurance.

After finishing with Mr DeOliveira, I was referred to the salesperson who discussed the various additional options available (LoJack, etc). Again, there was no pressure and no effort tp make me spend more money. I was given the relevant information about the various options, and I was able to make a choice that I felt good about,

Overall, I'd highly recommend both Park Avenue BMW, and Mr DeOliveira in particular.
