I felt like he was "on my side" during the whole transaction -- making sure I was happy with my choice rather than just trying to sell a car. Once I decided to purchase, working with Brendan in Finance was great; he clearly described the additional purchase options available to me. He did not pressure me to accept add-ons but instead helped me understand the pros/cons of those options and worked to find a solution that fit my needs.
