My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
Toyota Elk Grove was great! We were greeted quickly upon arrival, and our Salesman worked hard to find us what we were searching for. When it came to purchasing the new vehicle, of course there was the back and forth with negotiating a fair price. Our Salesman was willing to work with us on what we thought was a fair price, but did try to pressure us into just being satisfied with the first few offers. We did come to an agreement however and were happy with the price. However, when we came in the very next day, our Salesman was NOT willing to continue to give us his best business. We discovered that our brand new car had a cracked tail light...and when we asked our Salesman if he would throw something in for the new car for the inconvenience...he was not willing. This seemed unfair, after all we spent just the day before. However, we did get to speak to the Sales Manager about the tail light, and Grant was more than willing to make sure we were properly taken care of. He threw in a Cargo Net and made the experience much more pleasant. It was almost as if we felt like our Salesman Johnny was writing us off the very next day, after he got what he wanted. We were later greeted by Jason, the Assistant Service Manager....who was awesome! Him and Grant Orlando were excellent at making the experience a good one. One thing we weren't happy with however, was how our Salesman kept asking us to give him the excellent rating.....umm....we will give you what you are worth! When one pressures you over and over to give them a top notch rating, it's like they are not confident enough in themselves that you already would have. Johnny did do a good job with the sale, but seems like he needs some more experience at how to continue to treat your customer after the sale.
