Henry did everything possible to get me into my new BMW. I couldn't find my search criteria in the inventory.I didn't compromise, customized vechile with same deal which i was promied earlier, The deal I received was incredible and they made the transaction nice and smooth for me. Henry, Victor and Greg were outstanding. I have recommended my friend who also bought BMW from Bloomfielf

I would only recommend this dealership to anyone because of Anthony Cerillo, Steve (Finance Manager), Greg Goldenberg, Henry Intriago, and especially Doug Sanders. If it wasn't for these people, my family would not have returned to the dealership to purchase a vehicle. After some mishaps, everything worked out the way it should. Doug was very helpful and knowledgeable. He is very friendly and easy to work with. If it wasn't for Doug being our salesman, we would have left the dealership within the first 10 minutes of being there.

I shopped around for weeks and went into every BMW dealer in Bergen County to get the deal I wanted and no one, I said NO ONE can compete with the Exceptional Service and Quality of sale I received at Bloomfield BMW. Tony Carneiro Sale man and the Sales Manager Greg Goldenberg were both EXCEPTIONAL and had the PATIENCE to deal with a penny pincher like me. Kalesa made purchasing a car for our son easy. We knew what we wanted and she was more than helpful to assist us in that task. Mr. Goldberg took the time to sit withus and talk with us too. We knew we made the right choice both in the car we chose and the dealership we found. Steve Tabakov was thorough in his explanation to us concerning the warranty, lemon law and other important info that we never heard before in another purchase at another dealership. We are confident we made a good decision. Thank you all again.

I want to Thank Henry for making me comfortable and guiding me through the cars available and giving me the best deal. Adam Tayel - sales - He was very professional and straight forward at all times. He did not push me too hard to buy the 535xi that I ultimately bought from him and spent a large amount of time helping me make my decision. He gave me honest information and his honest opinion on all the questions I asked He was very helpful in explaining all the financing incentives that BMW financing was offering and how they would benefit me. The only time I thought he may have been stretching the truth was when he said there were a few people waiting to look at the car if I didn't get it, but he wouldn't be a good salesman if he didn't do something like that to push me along. Besides that one thing he did nothing to pressure me and I will recommend him and his dealership to anyone who asks me where I got my beautiful car.

Greg Goldenberg - financing - He made the process of financing as painless and quick as possible. He explained everything clearly and was very helpful with the details of the warranties and remaining maintenance coverage.

Kalesa Basden - internet sales - She was my initial contact through the website that I saw the car. She responded quickly to all my initial questions. Each time I walked into the dealership she took out time to walk over and greet me with a big smile and a warm hello.
